The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I have been a resident here for Three years the staff is amazing, the events allow me to meet and greet my neighbors and get to know my community!
They don’t fix anything I pay my rent faithfully , I’m not comfortable in my own home the unwanted creatures is ridiculous !
Roaches every where. Can they help pay the rent because obviously I'm not the only o living here. It doesn't matter how well you clean.. they come from the vents. The lights. Out side. The sink. The dish washer the drains. They are every where.
Property Manager at Redwood Ridge, Responded To This Review

How do I give zero stars.. I was scheduled to move in yesterday (Sept 30, 2020, after waiting 2 weeks for them to get my townhouse ready but when I got there with ny uhaul full of furniture discovered that there was no water from the hot side of any faucets, a broken thermostat (no heat or a/c) a big red cup under the kitchen sink to hide the leak that poured onto the floor when we turned the water on, broken closet doors, a patio door & windows that don't open, scuffed banisters, stains on upstairs ceilings that indicate the roof leaks,5 roaches in 20 min & some very unhappy residents. The office person Nye was rude,, told me she doesn't know what happened it was fine a few days ago so someone must've gone in there and did these things... Guess its not safe either and! Nye also couldn't say when repairs could be made and took on a position of take itnor leave it! End story I invalidated the lease, am waiting on a refund, which takes up to 15 days to receive and putting my furniture in storage while I look for a new place. This property does not even respect their residents enough to make it look good during the move in. Do Not Pass Go... Do Not Give These People Your $200 plus dollars!!

We look forward to having an open conversation about this, and we wish you nothing but the best in our new home. Sincerely, Sean G., Community Manager laurelpointemgr@pinnacleliving.com
These apartments look like they were re done by 2 year olds, Old peeling paint on walls, various huge cockroaches. I should’ve have known this place was raggedy just from driving inside the complex and observing everything down to the roads inside the apartment complex. Run while you can. Just raggedy
I love my new apartment! Everyone was nice and got me in fast. The unit is updated and pest free. I am glad I chose them.
Horrible management and staff. Apartments are not renovated nor are they anything like what’s shown here in the pictures. They have pests. This complex is low budget and pretty much like projects. Mailboxes are awful. Poor area and environment to be in.
