I loved living here This place was incredibly comfy and clean. I pray that any managing staff is even half as competent and kind as Holly and Rick are, because that is still more kind and competent than my experience with landlords outside pf Redwood. I would definitely live here again if I get a chanc.

The staff was amazing and the move in process was very quick no problems there. My only complaint was I had higher expectations with the cleanliness of the apartment. I wasn’t expect the carpets to not be steamed or the apartment to be fumigated, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months with tons of cobwebs and spiders everywhere,
