Kannapolis is a medium-sized city in central North Carolina. It’s a nice location for commuters—the drive to downtown Charlotte is under forty minutes via Interstate 85, and Amtrak runs a route between Kannapolis and Charlotte as well.
Kannapolis is very friendly to residents who like to stay active, with numerous public parks and a series of running and biking trails collectively known as “The Loop” on the north side of town. As the hometown of the legendary Earnhardt racing family, NASCAR is interwoven into the city’s identity—the local minor league baseball team is even named the Kannapolis Intimidators in honor of the late Dale Earnhardt Sr., the team’s former owner.

Easy Movein - Great Living Move-in went well with no issues. The apartment is so nice. This is the place for safe and care-free living. Already met some of the team members and they are nice. Note that we now have 3 apartments here in the overall extended family. That is not for no reason. living here is fantastic.

So easy and clean! We loved our experience touring Redwood Kannapolis. They thought of everything for the self guided tour! Every time we thought of a question, there was info on the wall answering it for us! They really showed they care with snacks, drinks in the fridge, measuring tapes etc. we are super excited to rent here!

Flawless Move-In The Move-In process was flawless. The leading office was prepared and knowledgeable. Had all information ready and completed walk through easy. They even had a bottle of wine and glass waiting as a welcome Present. It was extremely pleasant and stress free.

Outstanding Asia is friendly and very helpful with all leasing questions. I owned a home for over a decade and it became too much to deal with. Redwood is unique begin one story apartment homes with attached garage. So far I am very glad I made the decision to sell the house and move here. I joke with a friend about owning nothing and being happy. Sounds ominous but as they also say don’t knock it till you try it. So far I actually am happy.

Compressor Replaced The workmen did an excellent job. Once the unit was replaced they returned and tested the unit to insure that it worked properly. I find the maintenance crew to be very polite and helpful. All work is done with pleasure.
