Easy as pie Met Kelley on Saturday and she went over the details of the community and answered all of are questions and made us feel welcomed we are excited to complete are move in the coming days after are meeting we toured are new apartment and found a surprised welcoming gifts on the counter. The apartment was very nice and clean ready for us to move right in

So nice! It was great! Loved the layout and the homey feeling. Not much cheaper than where we’re at now though, and doesn’t have a pool or gym.

positive experience Due to tropical storm damage from a fallen tree onto our previous rental home we had to move quickly. Josh (rental agent), Bob (maintenance) and Tom (builder) were vital in making our move possible and quick. Currently we have no neighbors so we can't attest to noise other than it is close to I-40 which is noisy.
