Great Comnunity Was one of the lucky ones to live here in Greenwood location once they were built and started leasing over 2 years ago. Quiet, convenient and close to everything. We have recently bought a home but Redwood a great community for renters who want that single family home feel.

Best Rental Place I was in need of a rental while my house was being built. I dreaded the thought of climbing up and down stairs of the typical apartment complex. And think thinking about having to get a storage unit as well. Redwood just made it easy, the office staff sat down with me and talked about short term and long term lease options and what was better financially. At Redwood it’s all main level with a two car garage that I can use for storage and my stuff is right there if I need it. I also have a driveway for my guests. I have two dogs and they charge one pet fee for multiple, not per dog. I’m also a disabled veteran and they have great perks for military members. Bottom line is this is probably the best rental option on the market right now. Very pleased with my choice of choosing Redwood and I would encourage everyone I know to rent here.

Wonderful Experience! We needed a place to stay for a couple years and happened upon Redwood. I'm so glad we did! Having a 2 car ATTACHED garage was the biggest plus! We also loved having zero steps. My mom was able to easily visit with her walker and roll right in. If we needed any maintenance, Mike was quick to come check things out, and was both professional and knowledgeable. Rules were enforced and it was a quiet and clean neighborhood. Scattered dog waste bags/trash holder areas were convenient for us and our pooch. The home was spacious and open. Having a pantry was amazing! We have no negatives about our stay in Redwood Greenwood and would encourage people to check it out!

We did not find this apartment to be pet friendly because the area around the retention pond was never leveled properly or cleaned of construction material. It was hard to walk on for pets and people. We were in contact with the office regarding many structural problems, speeding, pets off lease, dog waste, etc. We were excellent renters but our lease was not renewed ... I guess due to complaining. Future renters beware.
