White Lick Creek is a pleasant surprise hidden on the Eastern outskirts of Danville. The apartments are spacious with plenty of room and the two car garage is a godsend on cold Hoosier mornings! Charlotte and Joe are like part of the family and always quick to attend to the slightest problem or question anyone has. The grounds and streets are kept well maintained and pristine so everyone has the same great experience whether entering or exiting the complex. The structures are well built and very quiet for apartment living - a great nights sleep, yet easy access to US 36.
Most places one rents comes with positives and negatives. For example: a place has a great floor plan but no parking, or excellent perks but careless residents. But, this is not the case for White Lick Creek. As a resident, I can proudly proclaim we have great thoughtful neighbors, live in pristine living, with accommodations that are sure to meet the most discerning tastes. Management goes above and beyond to see our lovely home is well-maintained and stress-free. If you are looking for quality, courtesy, and style...go no further than my neighborhood.
Charlotte and Joe are always on top of things and very flexible for your needs. The 3 dog policy is great and we wouldn't have been able to rent elsewhere. The one floor apartments are spacious and well taken care of. For being connected other units it has the feel of privacy and we don't ever hear our neighbors in the unit. The high ceilings in the unit make it feel very spacious and homey. Would recommend to any other renters in the area.
