Apartment Homes Clean apartment complex, loved living on the pond with the fountain and the attached garage is super convenient, which you can't find in any other complex. Great neighbors. Maintenance staff was on point when needed and the leasing staff gives friendly prompt assistance in all matters. Overall a great experience.

Keys picked up 9/26 Picked up keys and remotes for garage Friday morning. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. They walked me through the home and explained everything i needed to know. Made our move on Saturday much easier. I think we are going to like it here.

Great place to live!!!! I lived in the Redwood Brownsburg from 9/2020 to 6/2025 and it was a wonderul place to live. It is quiet and peaceful and you feel like you live in a condo. I loved my my garage and my unit was behind a wooded area and I felt so at home. The only reason I left was for a job opportunity in another state. If you are looking for a nice place to live this is your place.

Property Manager Property Manager was not very good as far as fixing issues to make paying them easy. Seems like she didn’t care. Never did a exit walk through with us. Even though we requested it. Maintenance guys was the best part of our experience.

Clean and New Homes are well taken care of and everything feels new. Ceilings are high and spaces feel bigger than the square foot says.

Transition great. Admin part…not so much. While the move and transfer was seamless, the transfer process was not great. Admin somehow did not do the transfer paperwork correctly and we ended up paying much more than anticipated with a response…”because it wasn’t entered right, we can’t do anything about it”. We already paid the month on the current place but would get a refund that takes 45 days and we had to pay up front the first months rent on the new place. Asked why they just couldn’t apply the refund to the new rent and there were no reasonable answer as to why it couldn’t happen. Especially when the fault was theirs.
