Moving out went smoothly Everything went well. Instructions were given in a folder before move out. Staff was very friendly and we hated to leave but we moved back to Florida.

Grant came over the morning I entered the service request and I was not smelling the sewer gas any longer. He said the washer trap may have dried out. That has not happened in the 9 months I’ve lived here. so glad that may have been the issue. I did a Load of laundry to clean the drain out hoping something was not amiss. Appreciate his time and quick response
