Last winter they didn't plow the parking lot for 2 weeks, residents struggled to get out the parking lot.
We cleaned our apartment when we left and never received our 300 deposit back don't move here.
My husbands bicycle was stolen this week, and he had a very good lock on there, very expensive to live here, if you move here, lock everything, we have to be concerned now about our cars being stolen, this is a very unsafe community, very questionable people live here.

Property and staff are great! It is a nice place, and the only reason I am giving it 3 stars is neighbor noise. Unless you live on the top floor, you will hear absolutely everything from the upstairs neighbor. There is no carpeting to deaden sound. If you want a peaceful place, this isn't it. And if you get a neighbor that has no respect for the other tenants like I did, you life will be miserable.
Customer service is excellent, the staff I worked with were very helpful, knowledgeable and professional.
