Horrible / unprofessional office staff, it used to be the best, not anymore. Irresponsible, impolite treatment with respectful tenants
Our experience living in this apartment has been extremely disappointing. From the very first day we moved in, we had to deal with numerous issues. The apartment was in terrible condition: many things were broken, and the cleanliness was far from acceptable. We even had to wash the walls ourselves, which is completely unacceptable for a rental property. Throughout the six months we’ve lived here, something has broken almost every week. We contacted maintenance multiple times, but the workers often took several days to arrive, adding even more stress and inconvenience. On top of that, the exhaust fans do not work, and there is a constant unpleasant smell in the apartment. It either comes from neighboring units or somewhere else—I can’t tell for sure. To make matters worse, we have also encountered cockroaches, which adds to the discomfort and poor living conditions. Despite our efforts, we have not been able to feel comfortable here. The constant repairs, persistent odors, and pests make it impossible to feel at home. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.
It has only been 3 months and everything is breaking in the apartment. When I put in urgent requests it takes weeks to get to it. When I speak to management they don't get back to me. Horrible place from head to toe.

Dishwasher still isn't fixed after 2 months of asking for repair. Cockroaches in the house. Way overpriced. They leave the gates open 24/7.

It’s been over a week and I still haven’t had someone come for a broken dryer even though it is still urgent.
I never leave reviews but I am taking the time to write this review in case it helps anyone else out. Our apartment had RATS, total of 8 by the end of our stay. I get it, things like this are hard to prevent but the way they managed it was so very disappointing. It took MONTHS for this to get resolved until a male relative got involved. We ended up moving out and I never ever want to go back.

DO NOT move here. It’s dirty and gross, the staff is full of the most incompetent people I’ve ever encountered. They never fix broken things, they charge you for the smallest things. Land is unkept and there is dog poop everywhere. I would not recommend this at all.

Waiting for ceiling fan for more than 1 month as of today 9/7/22 CA has 104 degree temperature and I have kids at home.Called several times but no answer about fan. Imagine where is fan coming from planet mars??Living here from 7 years and the maintenance is not good at all. I think new ownership has affected.
Apartment is nice, amenities are great and the apartment complex is convenient to many things. BUT don't expect service from the management team when you gave an issue.
I was looking for an apartment for a friend and drove pass this complex and decided to stop in for a tour, and I must say the place was very well maintained and the manager Kourtney was very friendly and knowledgeable about the complex and maintenance of the apartments. First impressions says a lot and she put my mind at ease with her knowledge of the complex. THANK YOU KOURTNEY FOR THE TOUR AND PROFESSIONALISM YOU SHOWED ON MY VISIT!!!! Thank You, Sheryl B

For the money and amenities, this apartment complex can't be beat in Redlands! Great location just a mile down the road from quaint downtown Redlands. Apartments are clean, well designed, and include a great porch or balcony. Did I mention there are 3 pools? My apartment sat poolside. Others are lawnside with a great view. There is also a great workout room, basketball court, tennis courts, racquetball court, etc. Very acceptable price for Redlands CA. Love this apartment building!

Me and my buddy are going to school in the Redlands, CA area and moved out of our house with a group of friends. We decided an apartment was the best fit for our needs. We stopped by many apartments but there was always something wrong with each one. However, the apartments at Redlands Lawn and Tennis was different. When we walked through the apartment we found nothing wrong with the place. The ceilings were high which made the apartment seem bigger. There was new carpet, new kitchen appliances, new paint on the walls, and the bathrooms seemed to be new as well. There are new owners so they are upgrading everything. One of the best things we liked about the apartments was that they included a washer and dryer. This was the one place that included that and was the same price or even cheaper than all the other apartments we visited. For grocery shopping there is a Stater Bros grocery store right behind the apartments plus many other restaurants in the same plaza. Down the street on Alabama you will hit Citrus Plaza which is a large shopping plaza with many shops and food options. We are close to Loma Linda and close to downtown Redlands. The location is awesome. All in all we are glad we found this place. ps The new shower heads are amazing. They aren't the typical small weak ones. They are new big, round, and high up. My friend is little over six feet and he doesn't have to lower his head in the shower which he is glad for.

I've lived here for a little over a year and I have nothing but positive things to say. Redlands Lawn and Tennis has recently gone under new management and they have done some amazing upgrades. New Clubhouse with gym New children's playground area New dog park (fenced and clean) New gated mini soccer complex Those are just some of the recent additions. They also have awesome pools, spas and tennis courts. The staff is great and very friendly. I have a 1 bedroom 1 bath and have 2 pets and rent for me is just over $1000...not bad compared to other apartment communities. Plus it's gated! Great place! I would recommend Redlands Lawn and Tennis to anyone looking for a great and comfortable place to live.
If you've lived in Redlands all of your life, you won't be surprised by Redlands Lawn and Tennis. But you'll be happy, especially if you like your peace and quiet. The apartments are nice and clean, but they are rather old, and the AC units are aging. I lived in the smaller room of the traditional plan; I find it smallish, but I never really think twice about it. Management is actually really professional. You aren't going to sing songs about them, but they handle all matters kindly and without delay. (Maintenance is good and has a very fast turnaround.) Downsides: It's now a younger town and apartment complex, so I wish they had some days where people could meet each other. Rent also does go up quite a bit each period. Overall: I've been here for two years. Although I'm moving to Fullerton next month, I would stay here again if I was staying in Redlands.
