Property Ratings at Red Hill Apartments I & II
Please do not rent an apartment here. There is no maintenance crew and residents have had tarps on the roofs of 2 buildings for 6 months. Residents have to fix anything that breaks themselves and Farmerville is a very low income resident where people can barely afford rent with not much opportunity available. We went without a refrigerator for 3 months and the manager is very unprofessional and mean to the residents. She starts problems within the apartment community because she’s also a resident and have residents lie on other residents filing false police reports.
