The Pittsfield Lodi neighborhood begins along the southwest side of Downtown Ann Arbor and extends westward Highway 52. This large area includes part of the Pittsfield Charter Township and the Ann Arbor Municipal Airport. It is very close to Oak Valley Center, Briarwood Mall, the University of Michigan-South Campus, and Michigan Stadium – a historic football stadium, nicknamed the “Big House,” is home to the Michigan Wolverines.
When looking at Ann Arbor apartments, be sure to check out the Pittsfield Lodi area – it is a beautiful neighborhood, filled with mature trees and quiet lanes. And with such fast access to downtown, the university, the airport, Pittsfield Lodi is deceptively peaceful.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Randolph Court
Overpriced, full of bugs, bad location, costs me $200 per month in winter for electricity
One of the worst place to live, houses are like 50 years old or so, they have problems all the time, also the bill of the electricity it’s super high, and in winter they never clean the snow... stay away from this property
I just moved in June into Randolph Court Apartments. The ladies in the leasing office were very friendly and helpful in getting me into a unit that matched my schedule. They would come in early to meet me to sign paperwork since I would be working during their office hours. So far I haven't had any issues with my apartment. Management has been very friendly and really seem to care. There's also a referral bonus that they'll give to anyone, not just residents! Make sure you mention that someone referred you when they first ask you, the person that referred you will get $100 if you end up moving in!
