Ehhh
There is literally one person to do repairs and things for the whole property! The plumbing is atrocious. Does not get treated for bugs as much as it should so there ARE roaches.

Good for the price
Decent location and close to schools. Some general structural issues but all in all good starter place. My family and I have lived here for 3 years and it's time to move on. Everyone here mainly keeps to themselves. Great landlord and very responsive.
