Just six miles from Anaheim, Garden Grove is convenient to Disneyland, Anaheim Convention Center, Angel Stadium of Anaheim, the Outlets at Orange, and Knott’s Berry Farm.
Garden Grove boasts many of its own attractions as well. If you choose to rent in Garden Grove, you’ll have the chance to see the largest glass building in the world, the Crystal Cathedral. Inside the Crystal Cathedral, you will find one of the largest musical instruments in the world, the Hazel Wright Memorial organ. You’ll also be able to catch a performance at the historic GEM Theater and see an Orange County Shakespeare production at the Festival Amphitheater. Property Ratings at Rancho Monterey
Nice, spacious 1 bedroom apartment. Rent includes gas and water. 1 covered and 1 uncovered space plus plenty of street parking. Pool, gym, and laundry facilities. Very nice landscaping. Apartments were newly updated. Wall mounted AC in living room. Very friendly management. Gated entry.
It's quiet. They don't get back to you in a timely manor. They don't repair things. Rent is increasing to unaffordable. I don't think I'd recommend this place.
