Honestly it’s so calm and peaceful here. We absolutely love the landlord she is so sweet. I would say the only problem is that they’re always having leaking problems. So they do shut off your water a lot. Like right now I’m pissed because I woke up thought there was going to be water but nope water is shut off and I’m all sweaty from my workout so I wanted to shower but of course I can’t. Other than that I have nothing else to complain about.

The people deserve the truth. Apartments are alright, some better, and some in terrible conditions. Look at the unit before agreeing to anything. Management is the worst and sadly take advantage of their position, so be careful and mindful when dealing with them. Hope this helps. 3 bedroom, one bath, swimming pool area
Rancho Del Cielo is a very peaceful and comfortable location. The staff is very attentive and friendly and they go above and beyond to make sure everything is running smoothly. When we moved in they had us write a list of everything that didn't work or that we didn't like and within a week they sent maintenance to fix all the issues, even though they weren't major. They have a nice facility with a big pool and they keep our environment safe with security patrol at night. With many restaurants and stores less than 10 mins away and South Padre Island less than an hour away its definitely a great place to live in.

I've been in this apartment for nearly a year now. It's a 2 bath/2 bed apartment with a small (Fenced-in) back patio. The apartment has new wood flooring and was freshly painted when i moved in. The neighborhood is very quiet and neighbors keep to themselves. It's a good thing if you like your privacy. The Rancho Del Cielo staff are friendly but their maintenance people have no sense of customer service, they just go in and out. I had shower and a toilet "repaired" but the problems came back. Although it's not a reason to move out, it a bit annoying that they just show up whenever they want. It's centralized and 2 minutes away from the expressway. No assigned parking, no online payments, Current rent is $709 (Included: Waste & Water).
I have visited this property in many occassions wanting to lease but what I've encountered time after time is that the women in the leasing office are not willing to give me information on when an apt will become available or the rules nothing! Lucy is too busy doing something else and calling me "mija" like if she knew me? I'm getting sick and tired of trying to obtain the same information due the the office leasing people not giving it to me.
