Property Ratings at Ramblewood
I used to live here a few years ago and liked it. I had to move because of work, but now I’m moving back to Ma. I already applied again! They’ve made it so easy to do it online. When I lived there I never had any problems.
No one and I mean no one should waste their hard earned money on this dump. During my stay in Ramblewood it took maintenance 9 days to clean another residents vomit out of the stairwell of my building. My bathroom light went unfixed for 6 months. My room was damaged by water from a bad winter and their solution for drying the water damaged floor beneath my carpet by opening my window and placing my $14 fan from Walmart back into my room. I slept on my couch for 7 weeks while they repaired my room. While repairing it they tried to just place done new carpet over the water damaged floor boards which didn't happen because I threatened them with calling the board of health. I could honestly go on for days about all the times I've seen them try to half as fix things while demanding outrageous prices for the apartments. To top it all off the property manager is a heartless and ego driven person who handed out eviction notices to residents for $.31. A famous phrase amongst Ramblewood residents is don't let the flowers fool you. Don't get fooled. It looks nice on the outside and that's it.
