Really cute new apartment! Rent rates are quite high, but everything is new and well-maintained. The apartment is in an excellent location, different from the other new/fancy apartments that have been recently built which are all right next to freeways. The amenities are to die for, and the community seems pretty young and friendly! Lots of cute dogs and cats around!

Everyone in the leasing office and maintenance team are amazing. Joseph assisted me with my apartment search and Khristine answered all my question. Jose is quick and effective with handling all maintenance requests. This made my decision to live here easy and stress free.

From the time we came in looking for an apartment to rent, to obtaining the apartment, the staff as a whole were helpful, professional, and made us feel comfortable. I need to mention three people who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome in our new apartment. Hans was hands on and with us from the very beginning and still is hands down one of our favorite member on the staff. Joseph, went above and beyond for me. I was having issues with my packages, not being found in the mail room. Hans tracked down a package for me and brought it to me, and Joseph actually brought the heavy bulk packages to my apartment so that i didn't have to go to the next building and lug the packages to my door. I am so grateful for what he did for me. Top notch! Last mention other than the maintenance team, is Christine. So far our neighbors on our floor are shy, and it sometimes comes off as snooty, and turning their backs on us immediately if we walk into the hall, but we found out that one of our neighbors is Christine, and she made us feel comfortable and helped us appreciate having her as our neighbor. I believe in getting to know my neighbors, it doesn't mean becoming best friends but it is important to know and get a long with others that share the same living space.so we have a sense of community. I even got all of the tools for the pizza oven and am thinking about making pizza for everyone on our floor. So far the whole Rafferty experience has being outstanding and welcoming!

I love living at Rafferty. Everything is so close by you can walk to everything. The parking structures so close by make it very convenient to have guests over. The building is so modern and well maintained. I have to say they do a very good job at keeping the property extremely clean at all times. The amenities are all amazing. The staff is extremely nice. Overall, i would rate it a 10/10.
