It's a place to live Maintenance is excellent, management is mediocre at best. If you like the sound of any and all modded Dodge vehicles at all hours and don't care about dog droppings, non-functioning gates, and drama at the parking garage in the late hours of the evening and early hours of the morning then you'll love it here. It's a reasonably safe place to live.

“Great Staff, but Resident Behavior and Building Quality Need Improvement” Radius West Review The staff at Radius West is doing a superb job when it comes to handling my requests. They’re responsive, professional, and genuinely care about making the community a better place. That said, the overall building quality is starting to drop, and unfortunately, some residents don’t respect the hard work of the staff or the shared living space. It’s disappointing to see this lack of consideration for others. I truly love my unit—it’s well-designed and comfortable—but the behavior of certain neighbors has been frustrating. I hope Radius West continues to address these issues and maintains the quality that initially drew me to live here.
Amazing I wasn’t able to access my information and the office was nice enough to fulfill my maintenance request by phone, and I really appreciate that. The maintenance person was also very professional, and efficient.

Radius West Mid Town is a nice place to stay. Lydia and her staff work hard to improve safety and keep the residents satisfied with events and taking good care if all apartment amenities. However, Parking is an issue whereas, CPM parking makes lots of mistakes and don’t use common judgement when booting cars of the residents.

I do feel the management could be more professional at times and not condescending. Not all but some of them. I do think the events are next and bring a community feeling atmosphere. The amenities are great and are in good working condition. However the parking situation has become a disaster and a headache since they started using Parkeaz and restrictions. The security can be better especially in the night. Overall I’m satisfied with everything in my unit.

Radius West Midtown is a wonderful property. The location, amenities and staff are wonderful. The floor plans are generous and well laid out (open), I especially love the in unit laundry space that is inconspicuous and enclosed with attractive doors- there is enough space to store laundry items such as an ironing board, detergents and other supplies. The BUSINESS CENTER is aesthetically pleasing and well laid out... awesome and The ROOF TOP...priceless sunset/sunrise and picturesque skyline. I really enjoy living at Radius West Midtown!
The floor plans are spacious in this centrally located community but the leasing staff has always made me feel like I was the only resident and my issues were top priority- whether big or small.
Amenities are nice and very convenient, any issues that arise are taken care of in short order which is great considering a lot of places don’t seem to care. Prices are reasonable especially given the location.
The community has incredible bang for the buck while being affordably priced and in great proximity to Atlantic Station and other Atlanta hotspots. Leasing staff are responsive and helpful.
I recently found a snake in my unit. I was so terrified! Do not move here! Also, leasing staff is AWFUL!

Management is great front office is amazing. I just think radius need to do a better job with walking the hallways daily and get these air bnb under control. They have the pad locks on the gates. These late night parties and smoking is so bad I never get rest.
The physical apartment units here are incredible quality and i'd give it 5 stars. However, the quality of the residents and the managements inability to provide solutions to problems has tainted my experience living here.
When I initially approached the door to the leasing office, the door was locked, and I had to call over the phone to be let into the building although the leasing consultant and Manager was able to see a guest was waiting thru the tall glass windows. In about 2 minutes later a tall guy came to unlock the door only to demand my ID, (there was no greeting, no proper identification as to who this person was, nor was there any directive communication after I gave him my ID) He then took my ID, locked the door back and left me outside for 3-5 minutes. After I patiently waited outside in the rain, the guy comes back to the door and signals me with a non-verbal gesture; signaling an inward head movement to come in. When I entered the building, he told me to wait and have a seat in a dark secluded room. (At this point, I started to feel very uncomfortable and felt not welcomed at all. I assumed that the guy that initially approached me was the leasing consultant, but there was never a proper greeting or understanding of who this person was.) It was the approach, the non-verbal communication, and the lack of professionalism and mannerisms that rubbed me the wrong way.I was really committed to initiating a lease from this property however, during my time walking back to the leasing office to inform them my thoughts and feedback about the self-tour, I was not happy about the way I was treated from the beginning of my touring experience. There was little to no verbal communication from this guy, he was not approachable, professional, and he showed no enthusiasm or knowledge about the community and treated me with the no respect that is deserving of all guests. During my experience I was never given a proper greeting, I wasn’t even aware of his name until I repeatedly asked him as I began to exit. (He told me his name was DJ) The level of customer service was horrible and was my worst experience ever touring a community. I have never felt so disrespected and unwanted in my life. It is the job of a leasing agent to make ALL guests feel comfortable and welcomed. I spoke with the manager about this situation and she seem to not be understanding of my perspective which made me feel even worst. Overall, my experience was so unexpectedly ill-mannered, people that work with the public should embrace their jobs and create an enjoyable experience for the customer to remember and want to be part of.

I would like to give a special thanks to Adam and Marvin! These guys worked endless to get me in my apartment in record time! They worked endless to make sure everything was taken care of. When I see them on the property, they always treat me like family! They really make me feel at home! Both of them are a true gem! Radco is blessed to have them on the team!
Beautiful apartment, beautiful views, great staff, great location.
I have lived here for 2+ years and would not recommend living here. Management is unresponsive and unhelpful and they really do not care about the tenets. They allow Airbnbs in the complex, allow tenents to be loud and throw wild parties constantly, allow trash to be left and pile up in the hallways and around the property, allow non-residents to park in resident parking, and allow the apartment to be broken into on multiple occasions. The apartment is unsafe and tenants/ guests are loud, rude, and have to care for the complex. Until management tightens up and does something to better the apartment and hold its tenants accountable, this place isn’t worth it at all.
Our Initial experience was good, special thanks to Adam West who clarified issues we had on the first week of moving in. Overall the staff at Radius West Midtown were very helpful with concerns we had, and addressed our concerns rapidly.
If you have friends and you need a place to drink and take advantage of an Airbnb listing this is your spot! Barely any security, noise complaints dont matter, and you can dump your trash/ broken glass bottles everywhere. This is great!

We love living here! The amenities are so nice and management has been super helpful throughout the entire process. We could not have asked for a better move-in experience. Everyone bent over backwards to make sure we could move in with a great rate within a week of our virtual tour and I am so grateful!
New management is a slow work in progress. There is potential for Radius West Midtown to reach the previously higher standards that were set and upheld by 464 Bishop, but that is not currently the case. In the current status of things, I would not sign a new lease here. The rent prices do not accurately represent the low quality experience you would receive as a tenant here.
Radius midtown staff are very friendly and professional. Adam and his crew are very helpful. They made the process of moving in very easy and were very responsive on getting back to me. I would highly recommend.
I've lived at 464 Bishop for 8 months now and overall it has been a great experience. I was the first person to move into my unit so everything was brand new. The pool and fire pit are beautiful and you can't beat the view from the rooftop. We get the views of being in the city but are removed enough that it is peaceful. The apartments have tall ceilings and modern designs. The location is great, it's an 8-15 min drive to get anywhere here from Buckhead to Edgewood to Downtown. There are a few things that I don't love: there is a train right behind the building so if you live on that side I would imagine it is very loud (I live on the other side of the building and can hear it but it's no issue), it seems like we're right next to Atlantic Station but really it's more like a 15 minute walk which I wouldn't feel comfortable doing alone at night, the gym leaves a bit to be desired but at least its usually pretty empty (and there's a free class on Wed evenings), the location of the parking garage/elevators can mean that you have a long walk to get to your apt, and the valet trash service is strict about only allowing bins out 5-7pm Sun-Thurs. Also, I wish we had sliding doors with screens to get onto the balconies because it is hard to get a lot of natural light / bugs can get in. Another issue is with the package mgt system (luxer one) that for some reason gives delivery drivers (esp Amazon) trouble getting access to. There is some visitor parking but not enough for the weekends and they are very strict about letting visitors up into the gated garage. Parking for residents is really easy and included. Maintenance is responsive and very friendly. The complex is very quiet but they have community events at least once a month if you would like to meet the neighbors. Overall, if amenities and a central location matter to you I'd say you can't beat 464 Bishop for the price. I live in the smallest 1BR and it is still plenty spacious. I do wish there was more walking distance from here but there is a new shopping area with Dunkin, Blaze, Gusto etc and we are a few minutes drive from Atlantic Station, Westside, and Midtown. I will definitely be renewing my lease here in the fall.

We moved in about a month ago and love it! The central location is perfect for getting around and is close to the interstate. The rooftop has an awesome skyline city view and a grill area, perfect for cooking dinner and watching the sunset. The staff has been so helpful and friendly. They also have events and mixers for the residents to get to know each other and mingle. Great spacious apartment and patio areas!
With all the hustle and bustle of commuting in traffic to work and socializing 464 Bishop takes care of everything you could possibly need for the ultimate live, work, and play space. Been here less than a month and have enjoyed every moment of it. Courteous staff, cool neighbors, ample parking, and awesome amenities made this place the #1 choice for me in choosing my new home. I truly feel at home and peace here.
I’ve lived a lot of places, but 464 Bishop is definitely my favorite. The staff is great, and the location is amazing! The rooftop view is one of the best I’ve seen, and there’s always activities and events hosted by the property management, so you get a chance to meet your neighbors. It’s also close to plenty of stores and restaurants, so you won’t have to travel far to access any of your favorite places. If you’re looking for a modern, brand-new luxury apartment in a prime location, I would definitely recommend choosing 464 Bishop!
So after searching for the perfect place for me without being in the city but close enough to literally walk I mistakenly found 464 bishop. First day I seen my unit I leased it right away Kaitlin called back and has been such a kind soul ever since staff is great apartment is great views of the city from rooftop and my balcony which I love. 24 hour gym access personal trainers on call. Dog spa bike room don’t have to keep your bike on the balcony. Quiet. Overall good choice for me. Close to Marta 7 min walk to Atlantic station catch a movie and a bite to eat I’m happy.
