Couldn’t be happier to move in! Gio is the best person I’ve ever dealt with in any apartment building. He made the experience super easy, has been so accommodating and even gave an extra tour for my Mom when she was in town. Can’t wait to start enjoying all the Radius has to offer.

Great experience living here. It’s the best place to live in Orlando downtown in my opinion. The staff is super friendly and quick to respond. I haven’t faced any issues with maintenance requests. Staff is awesome!

The apartment space it’s just what I needed. My favorite part is the balcony with a great view of Lake Eola Park, doesn’t feel like I’m in the middle of the city.

Apartments stay quiet, community is kind, there are a lot of amenities, parking garage can be kinda scary with how fast people drive, but overall it is an amazing place to live.
The staff is amazing! Also I love everything about my apartment! The view is amazing! It’s so peaceful here and it’s amazing! The office staff went over and beyond from the day I same for my viewing
I’ve been living at Radius Orlando for close to 1 year now. It’s a beautiful place to live to begin with. I cannot say enough good things about the management (RAM). Every single one in the team is diligent, kind, and professional. They keep the building spotlessly clean and they fix your home problem as if it’s their own problem. And 99% of the fellow Residents I encounter are happy which I believe is because of our amazing team at Radius. I’m really happy living here and very grateful.

There are so many positive things I could say about living here. I’ve been a resident for about 6 months and love it. The studio apartments have a barn door so it feels more like a one bedroom than your typical studio. The leasing staff is great and always super helpful. Any maintenance issue is addressed quickly. The cleaning staff is amazing. The amenities are fantastic. 10/10 would recommend.
I haven’t moved into the apartment yet officially, but so far the experience has been five stars. Everyone in the property is so accommodating. I really can see myself staying here a long time.
I love the help from staff getting situated with the move in process. They were always there to answer my 101 questions. The location is great and I love the amenities. Most of all I love my apartment.
This complex is absolutely amazing! with all the amenities we can never get bored. Our favorite part about the complex is the outdoor area with the fire pit and lounge chairs with the gorgeous views of the city.

Everyone is so welcoming! Apartments are super clean as well. We have a ton of resident amenities for those rainy days too. So far, I’m extremely pleased
We really do love living at radius, the amenities are excellent and we are right in the middle of the city. The pool is heated and its saltwater so no messy hair afterwards, and the gym is open 24h. Those two are my absolute fav.
Everyone is super helpful and nice. Never feel like a bother. The upkeep of the building is always top tier. Makes you feel like you’re getting your money’s worth. You

Gio was amazing getting everything set up for me. Radius communicates with their residents and very attentive. It genuinely is a beautiful community.
I love the building, amenities, staff, and most importantly location Been here 2 years, and prob renewing/ upgrading to a 2 bedroom soon. It does need a 4th elevator badly esp when the service is used or one is down. Additionally a doorman/ concierge service would be highest on my wishlist, its safe for the most part but very easy to get in this building.
Radius moved me into a moldy apartment!! I told the leasing agent when I moved in that there was mold in the apartment and they gaslit me and told me it wasn’t mold. Their version of “fixing” the mold was spraying Clorox and painting over it. My mold specialist that I had to hire with my own money because radius refused to hire one said that wasn’t an approved way to treat mold. The specialist also said that a normal home has mold in the 10’s and that my apartment was in the thousands. I spent every other week getting sick and having intense symptoms such as brain fog, depression, anxiety, and gut issues. All because radius refused to help me. DO NOT MOVE HERE
I've been a resident for exactly a month today!!! More than happy about my space and this building! Especially gratefully that my power remained on during hurricane Milton!!!
I've been living at Radius for over a year now, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I moved in, the management team has been exceptional—always responsive, friendly, and quick to address any questions or concerns. It's clear they truly care about their residents' well-being. The common areas are always spotless, and the attention to detail is impressive. Whether it's the lobby, hallways, or outdoor spaces, everything is consistently well-maintained and clean, which really enhances the living experience. I would highly recommend Radius to anyone looking for a luxury apartment in downtown Orlando.
Moved in at the end of September!!!! I looked for places for weeks and nothing felt right until I stepped in radius. Kale and geo were absolutely amazing, friendly and informative. I am so excited to move into my apartment. This place is a steal at the price and size of the apartments for being in the heart of Orlando. You can tell the staff cared for its residents, as I was touring kale knew almost every resident by we passed on first name basis. And mostly everyone we passed look actually happy to be there and I take that as a very good sign. Also they have actual fun community events every month!!!!!
Great staff, place, amenities, and location! Easy process from first tour to signing lease and moving in. Don’t hesitate to call Radius Orlando home!
This building has a mold infestation and multiple units have been affected. The management team has been completely negligent and done nothing to fix this and just try to cover it up. Would NEVER recommend for anyone to live here.
Having to select a new place to live while clear across the country in California was nerve wracking to say the least. Kale was UH-mazing in helping me get everything set up electronically. Once here, I fell in love with my new neighborhood and new living space!
Radius is where me and my family can relax and enjoy the sun and also the amazing view. I love the fact it’s pet friend as well. This is more then an apartment it’s my home.

The staff is good. They answer all questions within a timely manner in person and email. The halls are fairly quiet after quiet time so no loud noises disturbing sleep.

I have lived in Radius for a year and just re signed for another! Living here has been an amazing experience. The leasing office is always available for questions or concerns. Kale and Gio have been an amazing help during our time here. They are very organized and knowledgeable when it comes to anything we need. Everyone who works here is so friendly and helpful. Whenever we have a maintenance issue they are at our door in minutes and always fixed the problem immediately. Radius has security here all the times which makes us feel safe at all hours. I will say depending on the floor and how close you are to the main streets you could hear cars passing through and music but other then that everything has been perfect. Everything is kept clean as well. Radius also always has fun events going on and we love it!
Move in process was smooth and Giovanni has been a great help every step of the way! The complex is clean and the tour was very informational. Very pet friendly as well!

Everything has been so great at Radius! The staff is amazing and the location is unbeatable. All the businesses downstairs are great as well. We love our apartment and the whole experience living here. One suggestion is to upgrade the grills and maintain them better but other than that, Radius is still five stars in my book.
Giovanni and the leasing team have been absolutely wonderful with the whole process. I can’t wait to see what new adventures we will have here!
Very nice apartment and staff and amenities, wish the dog park was kept cleaner but that’s a problem from fellow residents! It would also be great if there was a spot to sit and get out of the sun with the dogs
