Quinn Crossing

Cleanest property I've ever lived it, maintenance does an amazing Job keeping up the property. Office staff has always been helpful when needed, as well as all the amenities are a big plus.

Don’t live here

I highly recommend looking somewhere else. Management is nice and all, but when dealing with complaints and issues between residents, they don’t help. Never in my life have I dealt with worse upstairs neighbors: two different families here. The first had young kids who essentially ran the house and it was ridiculously loud all the time. The new neighbors are young, dumb, and inconsiderate, and they stomp all hours of the night and play loud music constantly. When trying to engage with the neighbors in a considerate and neighborly manner, neither family was cooperative. When management was notified on multiple occasions nothing happened. Point being: management really doesn’t care about you as a resident and the structure of the building does not allow for peaceful living. Furthermore, everything cost money here - to include covered parking (most places around here give you at least one spot included with rent), and you need covered parking because parking is stupid.

Everything you could ask for!

My boyfriend and I first saw these apartments as they were being built, we have never rented before so we were a little green to the experience of going in and asking the right questions. The staff completely understood our worries and was such a big help through the entire process, and if that wasn't enough the complex pretty much sold itself! Everything in the apartments are brand new and very modern! The clubhouse is amazing and so is the fitness center and salt water heated pool! Glad to call this my first apartment home!

Quinn crossings

This apartment complex is very beautiful. The units have stainless steel appliances, granite counters. Wooded laminate floors in kitchen and bathroom. Large tub in a pretty good sized bathroom with full sized washer and dryer. Small patio.with various plans to fit your needs. Awesome club house with pool table, computers and a nice gym. Heated salt water pool, hot tub large BBQ atea, outside fire place. Kids and dog play area. Gates community. Small put put area, basket ball court. Ect.. The cons Office staff terrible with very few exceptions. Terrible neighbors that are inconsiderate. Ants that they just can't seem to get rid of. No parking for your second car. See yelp reviews they ate spot on

Wish I could buy my Quinn Crossing apartment

I'm a home owner about 100 miles from my new apartment. I couldn't handle the commute to my work, so I decided to rent an apartment.here at Quinn Crossing. We were concerned about living in an apartment again, because of the number of people that would be living so close, but it turns out the neighbors are great and the community is safe. It's advertised as luxury living. My wife and I moved into a two bedroom apartment with a garage and overlooking the pool and clubhouse. We have granite counter tops, all appliances, large rooms and closet space. It's like living in a hotel and even though its not a single family dwelling like our home, it is every bit as nice. Our experience here has been wonderful. The staff is friendly and seem to take pride in this place. The grounds are well kept and the pool is awesome. One of the best features is valet garbage service...what?....yes it's true. Never had that before and they allow for pets. If you are looking for a great place to live that is close to pretty much everything, then check out Quinn Crossing in Vacaville, Ca.

Luxury/Resort Living

I have lived at the Quinn Crossing apartments in Vacaville CA for nearly a year. These apartments have all the amenities you can ask for in apartment style living. The salt water pool and outdoor kitchen and entertainment area are amazing. The gym is clean spacious and has all you need to get a great workout and keep in shape. The grounds are kept immaculate and they even offer daily garbage pickup at your door! Inside you have open floor plans with crown molding and granite counter tops. You'll have stainless steel appliances, spacious bathroom and walk-in closets. There are plenty of windows to which allow lots of natural light. I have truly enjoyed living here!

This community is everything advertised and more!

This is a gorgeous, comfortable community. I love the open floor plans and the beautiful, stylish construction. The gym is more than adequate, and the pool and cabana make me feel like I'm visiting a resort every time I spend time there. The office staff is friendly and professional, and maintenance issues are handled quickly. I absolutely love living here! It is definitely luxurious...yet very homey. I would recommend these apartments to anyone without hesitation. I feel blessed to have found my home here. Thanks Quinn Crossing!

This apartment community feels like "Home".

I am looking to move to an apartment after taking care of a house I am ready to relax and just enjoy. When I visited this community I felt right at home, the staff is friendly and welcoming and the grounds are very classy and well maintained. I compared this community with others in town and it is the best in Vacaville.
