Quinn at Plymouth

I can write a novel of the horrible 4 month experience we had living here! The staff are great sellers but the living space is absolutely horrible, no one picks up after their dogs, dirty, mice problem, people smoking everywhere, constant problems and they blame you for it!! Communication is horrible when you need something!!!! I would have to email, call and text at least 3-4 times to get a response! We had someone take over our lease because we couldn’t live here. I literally felt depressed living in such a horrible place. My husband and I remember living here as the “ dark times”! There’s SO MANY BETTER OPTIONS, THIS is NOT IT!!

I have lived here since July 2023 and can’t say enough great things about this place and management. The units are very spacious and truly have everything you need from storage to have your own washer and dryer. I had a 2 different 2 bed 2 apartment in my time here at the Quinn and love every bit of each one, Although I highly recommend the “Jackpine unit“ it’s by far my favorite unit with AMAZING views and a HUGE balcony. The grilling and pool area is amazing in the summer and just so much fun. The community all around has just been great. The apartments are conveniently located to everywhere you need from shops, restaurants and parks. I would live here for years if I weren’t transferring out of state jobs. It’s been a great experience living here the last year and a half. Amanda(property manager) is by far the best in the business and is extremely accommodating to make sure this place is home for you and will go above and beyond. I have never seen a better property manager that actually cares more than her. She has truly made living here such an amazing experience and will miss this place and the people dearly. Highly recommend checking them out asap. To whoever gets a jackpine in building 6130 you will have the most amazing views definitely go check them out and check out the jack pine unit

Too much money and ludicrous hidden fees for parking, utilities, etc. Dirty hallways, poorly maintained spaces, smelled of marijuana and tobacco in multiple locations, dog poop near the front door of a building... They have a very pretty office and waiting room but that's all they have. Unless you sign a lease with them, then they'll have all your money too.

This place is far from luxury. I have 100s of pictures to prove it and that's just one building not all the others and only one apartment not the other 300. I have lived here for several months now and besides all the hidden fees you hear about after signing the lease, everything is always broke and the maintenance crew has no clue how to fix it when they finally do show up days to even weeks later (and try to to blame it on you and not the equipment or the people they've had repairing it previously). Literally everything in this apartment has broke down at one point or another since I've moved in, or hasn't worked since before moving in. The air conditioner hasn't worked since the beginning, now it's cold but those hot days were HOT. Read the lease carefully and look at "utilities" before signing, notice the $100 internet amongst other things for instance, concierge garbage? Honestly? So I'm being charged somewhere around $75 a month garbage. I walk my own garbage 10 feet to the garbage shoot. No one's going to come around and pick up garbage, no one cleans anything around these buildings. They are filthy and smell of rot and pot. Oh, and may I add, they didn't even clean my apartment before giving me the key and allowing me to move in. I found everything from dirty needles under the fridge to underwear in the laundry, and a wash clothe in the shower. The vinyl on all the cheap cabinets is peeling off. Again I have 100s of pictures. I can not wait to move. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE. I wish I had not. The show room is not what your apartment looks like.

After paying the high rent cost, you would think this is supposed to be a luxury apartment as they claim. It’s far from it. Management issues (rude and snotty), to broken items they don’t fix, to dog poop everywhere in the winter months outside, the list goes on. My water leaking from the bathroom tub never was fixed in 10 months. Can you imagine my water bill? My ac was broken for weeks due to maintenance being clueless. They tried to charge me after I cleaned up the place and moved. They claimed it wasn’t clean. I have my photos. The manager was awful to discuss things with. She disregarded everything because they want money. Also, during Xmas, the office had 35+ packages stolen (I had one) and the manager refused to give Plymouth police the surveillance tapes. Fishy! Save yourself the trouble and never live here. It’s a dump.

This place advertises luxury apartment living, but it's not. It smells like weed all the time, management is unprofessional, certain amenities are subpar. There's many things. I'm excited to move out next year

I love living here at the Quinn. This was one of the best decisions I made to move here.

The Quinn at Plymouth is a great place to live. We love the living space we have. The staff is very friendly and they get back to us swiftly with any issue we have. Cannot recommend enough.

The Main office and Management are great to response in a timely manner in everything tenants needs as Maintenance work of our any needs, they are fast to work, from my own experience here at the Quinn at Plymouth they have never miss an Work Order and Job. Just wanted to say Thank you! this Team.

I have lived at the Quinn for 3 years. I feel very blessed and appreciated to have a nice place like this to call home. The Apartment are very updated, and have a very unique style. and are confy, cozy... Management here are respectful and meet your needs. Come and enjoy!!

This is the first apartment building/community I have ever lived in. The community is terrific and the staff here at The Quinn are simply the best... I have zero complaints and I would recommend this community to anyone I meet because I know they will not be disappointed. Great Job Everyone! I had the best experience I could imagine having!!

As a long time resident, i would highly recommend THE QUINN as a great place to live. The office management staff is topnotch and the maintenance staff led by Keith does a great job handling any maintenance concerns in an expeditious and professional manner. I have had a wonderful experience living at The Quinn! The apartments are nice but still fairly priced. Management responds quickly to any concerns. The community amenities are excellent.

The Quinn is a wonderful place to call home. Their friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere have made my transition from northern MN to the metro very easy.

We have enjoyed renting here. It is clean, well-maintained, and we have always enjoyed our neighbors, who are also very friendly.

Its a great community and very peaceful.

The employees in the office and the maintenance crew are very very prompt and friendly with the regular day to day issues that occur within the complex. They have always been very helpful to me.

As a first time renter, I was pleased with their knowledge and willingness to walk me through the leasing/move in experience step by step. I am very happy in my beautiful apartment and look forward to trying out all of the many wonderful amenities here!

The overall experience is good. The location is excellent, close to major highways and restaurants. However, traffic is much more congested. Maintenance is good and usually prompt. Office management can be short with residence and doesn't seem to comprehend questions they should know.

Our building maintenance is sub par for the amount of rent we pay. Snow removal is done very poorly and our buildings elevator is a scare to ride in. Theres also smudges along most walls, the elevator is usually filthy, we can smell the trash shoot most days and the garage level entry is dated and dingy. All of these things collectively, when done well or with excellency, can make the Quinn an exceptional place to live. But since attention to detail is spared there is disappointment.

This is one of the best apartments in the Twin Cities area. I enjoyed living here for almost 2 years before my job transfer. The staff is professional, very approachable and friendly. The grounds always looked nice and the exercise room was clean and neat with a variety of equipments and weights. Coming from the east coast, I was really impressed by the gas fireplaces in the units and the underground heated parking. The gas fireplace was really great in the winter and with the garage, I never had to worry about cleaning the snow off my car before heading to work in the mornings! Move out was a breeze. They make it so convenient. No problems, no surprises! Great neighbors, great location, great choice. I really enjoyed living here and will definitely live here again if ever I’m in the Twin Cities area.

I've been living at the, "Jefferson at Plymouth""for three years and they are constantly putting money back into maintaining the high quality experience that goes into living here. It makes me feel that my rent is truly going back into the care of the property. Here the staff are the greatest, especially the maintenance crew! wow, Super quick response time and very efficient....they all work very hard to make residents happy. I highly recommend checking out these apartments. I Love em! And a little secret, they have a very nice free movie rental collection...perfect for those rainy days..
