Property Ratings at Quatama Crossing
I’ve had a great experience living at Quatama Crossing. The property is well-maintained, and the management team, especially Devon Patterson, has been incredibly responsive and helpful. Maintenance requests are consistently handled within the same day, and emailed questions are answered promptly. Although I don't use the amenities, I really appreciate the food trucks that regularly visit the property. Quatama is income-restricted, so there may be some hurdles to qualify, however, the rent is reasonable compared to other places in the area. Plus, they allow cats, which is a huge bonus for pet owners. Highly recommend!

We stay here for 13 years that mean we love very much our appartment ,I'll recomend my friend to move here
I think the value for the price is very good in this day and age. The property is well kept, I feel safe and I tell that to all my friends
Have been here a long time. The only negative is the kitchen is very small. Have learned to deal
I can't say enough about this place and they way it has been run. I had an opportunity to visit and stay with family a while back and it blew me away then at what a beautifully maintained complex this is. And the staff have changed,but the service is still incredible they way they treat everyone who walks through the door. I'm trying to convince my nephew to move here now!
