Quarters at Cambridge Apartments & Townhomes

Quarters feels and is managed as a community, not just collection of units for people to stay. People wave as you walk or drive through and gather to chat and for activities. This community has long term residents and those who are here for just a little while in all age ranges. Neighbors look out for each other. The management is friendly and extremely responsive to concerns of residents. Maintenance is competent and quick in their solutions and the office staff is professional and willing to help out in ways big and small. They work from a perspective of service, not just a job.

This property is beautiful and well maintained. The units are roomy and liveable. The staff responds to requests quickly, and your neighbors make up a community supporting each other. What more is there to ask for?

I have thoroughly enjoyed living at the Quarters at Cambridge! The staff is all so pleasant and their goal is to make my life here the best it can be! When I have any problem in my apartment, it is addressed and/or repaired the same day! Management does many "above and beyond" activities that assure us we are loved and to create community! The residents are very friendly and always willing to take a minute to chat. This has truly been one of the best moves I have ever made! I highly recomment living here!

Amazing place to live! The office and maintenance staff take great care of their residents. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else in Wichita!

In one word, this place is "home". At the time of this posting, I have been at the Quarter At Cambridge for over 5 years and I have not had a single complaint. The front office staff are pleasant and very approachable, any maintenance requests I've had have been addressed within 24 hours (during business days), the grounds are immaculate and well taken care of, and the community is great. It's very quiet here, a great place to take a walk, and close to many great restaurants and shopping areas. An absolutely "must consider" place to live! Few (if any) other places even closely compare once you see it for yourself. Please stop by and get a tour! Once I did, I was sold! See other reviews about perks (March Madness pizzas and other Club events and general 'vibes') to see if this is the place for you. If you're looking for calm, quiet, "chill", and a well maintained property, look no further. Welcome "home"!

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the maintenance solves the problem on time without any interruption, and the profile of people living in the apartment complex is very good. We have so many reasons to stay here. That's why we've been staying here since 2018 when I came to Wichita.

We have lived at Quarters at Cambridge for 8 years and cannot imagine living anywhere else. Our son lived here before moving out of state. The staff are friendly, helpful and always willing to help. One of the best reasons to live here is the small community type atmosphere. Residents are very friendly, waving, talking and getting to know each other while still being able to maintain your privacy. As seniors, we feel safe and comfortable here. Everything we need is accessible within a mile or two of our apartment. Thank you to all the staff for providing such a wonderful community to live in.

I just moved to another city and hated leaving my home here at The Quarters! It’s not just a place to live…it’s home! And the staff makes you feel like family! I have rented from a dozen places in my lifetime and this place tops the list easily! Thank you guys for a wonderful 2 1/2 years!

Very happy experience living at Quarters at Cambridge. Maintenance issues are always responded to quickly, grounds are always well groomed and everyone is friendly!

QAC is exactly what I was looking for in an apartment. I work from home, which was (at first) the only reason I could justify paying a little more for rent- compared to other apartments in the area. BUT once I moved in, I realized QAC is a prime example of the saying "you get what you pay for." They don't cut corners and they do whatever they can to best cater to their residents. All the management is SO WELCOMING, communication is spot on, maintenance is always on top of things, the area looks great, they host events, they give out goodies during holidays and as seasons change, I've yet to meet one rude resident, and it's the quietest townhome/apartment complex I've ever experienced (which I absolutely love). With that being said- if you're into hosting parties/pool parties or pregaming at your apartment/townhouse, etc... this place probably isn't your vibe. But if you're into a quiet, peaceful, welcoming community, then I can't recommend this place enough :)

I've lived here almost a year and have loved every day! The management staff/maintenance personnel are so helpful, responsive & courteous. My neighbors are friendly - it feels like a small-town community where people care about each other. I'm SO happy to be living here - it's the best!

I am starting my 11th year at the Quarters, so that says a lot. The management staff are like family. They treat the residents so well. Lots of extras, summer BBQQ, pizza for March Madness, chocolates for Valentines Day, geraniums in May for our patios and a wonderful Holiday Party in Dec. I have never had to wait more than an hour before the maintenance crew answers a work order. They clean up and follow up. The grounds are kept like a golf course, and snow removal is superb. Plowing the parking lot at 430am and shoveling the sidewalks and putting down salt so no one will fall. I give it 5 stars !

If you're like me, you want to find a quiet, safe, professionally managed, and well-maintained apartment community. Quarters at Cambridge is that community. From Day One, I have thoroughly appreciated finding 'Quarters' when I relocated to Wichita. The staff is very knowledgeable and responsive, the entire complex looks great and is constantly upgraded and maintained, and the streets are quiet and safe. I've seen most of the other properties in the Wichita area including the newer ones. There is no comparison to Quarters at Cambridge. Check it out!

Beautiful, well maintained property with a very responsive maintenance team. If you are looking for quality and quiet neighbhood to call home, this is the place.

The parking sucks, I can never find a parking spot without walking. My parking spot for my place specifically is always taken up and it’s really frustrating. The office has been extremely rude to us and it’s expensive, although not worth it to me with the obstacles we have had

I can't imagine a better apartment setting than the Quarters. The grounds are beautiful & kept up impeccably. It's quiet, serene and feels like a little village rather than a complex. The entire staff, from administration to maintenance workers are efficient, responsive, & kind. We've only been here 6 months. I was going to wait a year to write a review just to live through all the seasons. But we've been here through all of winter & into spring (which is glorious) and I think I've seen enough. If you like peaceful surroundings, well-kept apartments (interior & exterior) & delightful staff, then you've found your home.

When a home contract fell through at the last minute, I was forced to make a quick decision where to live. This is the second “rodeo” with the Quarters! The grounds and town homes are amazing. The maintenance is second-to-none. They have gone well beyond my expectations with assisting with shelving and a bike rack!, Management listens and does their best to problem solve the most difficult of situations. I highly recommend the Quarters!!!

We have spent now almost 3 years at Quarters and have loved the experience. The property is clean, well kept, and very peaceful. The 9' ceilings make a big difference. On every occasion, management has been friendly and responsive to requests. They go out of their way to take care of the guests, even offering free pizza and breakfast a couple times each year. I would recommend Quarters to any and all of my family and friends in the area looking for housing.
