Property Ratings at Quarryridge Apartments
Nice apartment located in a quite and convenient location! The Oakland technical high school, bustling Piedmont avenue, bus and Rockridge bus stations and even a Safeway is within walking distance. The unit was renovated with modern day amenities, although the apartment building is bit old. They have solar panels installed, so saved a lot in electricity! A major con was the management, which is bit slow to respond. But overall a great place to live!
Mismanaged building. Revolving door of onsite property managers. The only decent onsite manager quit because the owner is the problem. It has been a disaster ever since (4+ years later). Nothing gets done here and they cut corners. Management does not care at all about tenants or their wellbeing. Zero communication to tenants, even on very serious issues. The owner/management just care about $$. Save yourself the headache and stress and do not rent here.
