The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Quarry Terrace
This apartment isn't bad... it's not the greatest, but it's not the worst. Lawn care and snow removal are kept up on. Maintenance has a pretty good turn around. Buildings are older so it's got some wear and tear. Carpets in my particular apartment are not great - they are business type carpet - no pile or anything. The kitchen is small, galley kitchen but works none the less. There is a laundry area which is nice. Faucets were just replaced because they weren't working properly. Air conditioner units in only the living room and master bedroom, they are very loud and not the most efficient. Neighbors are nice, except the ones above, they are kind of loud and not very respectful of other people in the building when it comes to noise and smoking. Overall not a bad place, but as soon I can find something better I'll be leaving.
