I have lived here for almost 2 months and everything has been great. The office staff has been helpful and easy to work with. I've had one maintenance request and it was handled promptly. So far I have enjoyed living here at Quail Ridge Apartments.

I have lived at Quail Ridge since 2015. The management is very willing to work with you if issues personal issues arise and maintenance is carried out in a reasonable amount of time and done efficiently. I have seen bad reviews, one that I know of personally. This person was not required to give a security deposit, free first month rent, the management set up meals on wheels for this person, and the manager got this person start up supplies out of her own pocket. This person was at the least not very greatful for the help she received. She either had mental issues or felt very entitled. The management here at Quail Ridge is wonderful and didn't deserve the review that this person gave. I love this place and would recommend this complex to someone who is looking for a safe place to live and one that is friendly but not invasive with a management staff that is willing to go above and beyond what should be expected of any apartment complex.
I've been living here almost a year, love it, and just renewed my lease! Conveniently close to the interstate yet quiet and tucked away, edging a forest with all kinds of birds and I have even seen deer. The staff and management go out of their way to accommodate the residents. All walks of life live here but riffraff is weeded out. My apartment is spacious and beautiful, neighbors are friendly. Price is great...in my opinion you just can't beat it.
Management is really nice and try their best to be acomadating.. They are really good with keeping up maintenance and extermination. The manager Lidanna know that I am a widow with two disabled child and she helps us with keeping our rent at a reasonable price. Please we are in need of free rent.:::::Thank you
I love living here! Nice townhouse, responsive staff and close to everything you could want; shopping, parks, movie theaters. There are woods surrounding the property with lots of walking trails, a fitness center, and a pool. Great place to live!
