Property Ratings at Quail Pointe
We came by to check out the property and we really loved the newly renovated unit. The property manager was super helpful and answered all of questions and explained their easy application process.
Very rude management. They rarely are in the office, do not fix basic maintenence issues after multiple request, never answer the phone, and the gates seem to be open constantly. This is supposed to be a gated apartment complex. There is zero dignity given to you from management. The manager does not care and seems to have a huge chip on her shoulder. This place is a joke. There are better options out there.
Aye bruh there are roaches everywhere no cap dawg. Also the maintenance people are delayed no cap and the people are loud bruh no cap. The roaches be everywhere and the raid bug spray don’t work no cap.
Delayed maintenance service. Sometimes main gate is open for days. Manager is Rude.
These apartments have a park, pool and tennis courts right across the street. They have pool and Jacuzzi along with complimentary BBQ pits for cooking. It is a very quiet and safe location. Minutes away from the freeway an shopping centers. If there is any problems maintenance is quick to fix it and management is great!!
Quail Point Apartments are well managed and very clean. We're across the street from a small city park, and in between a community church and the first public Waldorf methods high school in California.Our apartments are surrounded by trees and lots of wildlife.
My apartment has pool which is good, but it's a little bit dirty.
