We love living at quail hollow, it is a great community and maintence is very responsive. The only downside is the washer dryer situation if you do no have an in unit washer dryer. We just got "new" washers and dryers however they do not work and the leasing office is unable to do anything about it. Even after contacting the third party company they are still not fixed and it has been 3 weeks without a working washer and dryer. Unfortunately this is not the only period where we have had major washer dryer issues, so I highly recommend seeing if an apartment with an in unit washer dryer is available otherwise be prepared for an absolute nightmare.

Pretty quiet community. Maintenance is pretty good, amenities are acceptable. The biggest issue is that they LOVE to shut off the water for hours about two times a week. I’ve lived here 3 months and they’ve already shut off the water about 7 times and when it comes back on the water is muddy into the next day. It’s ridiculous.

Morgan properties is a great community to live in. The residents are friendly and helpful. In addition the maintenance team and great and very responsive especially during emergencies. I recently moved into Quail Hallow and have been living here for about a month. Overall, my experience has been quite positive, with just a few minor issues. The amenities here are fantastic! The gym is well-equipped and rarely crowded, which is a big plus for me. The pool area is clean and beautifully maintained, making it a great place to relax on weekends. The management and maintenance staff are friendly and responsive. Whenever I've had a maintenance request, they’ve been prompt and professional in addressing the issue. The leasing office staff is also very helpful and accommodating, making the move-in process smooth. One downside is the noise from nearby roads. While it hasn’t been a major issue for me, I can occasionally hear vehicles during the night, which can be a bit disruptive. 2. **Par While there is ample parking, it can get crowded at night. I’ve had to walk a bit further to my building on some occasions, especially during weekends when guests are visiting.

Thin walls as to be expected in an apartment. But overall nice community upon move in a had a maintenance issue that was handled same day by Miss Lori in the office!

Been here a year and i will likely not be renewing next year. Other than paying for “amenities “ like the pool that’s only 3 days a week for the entire summer-the gym equipment is always broken. What other amenities are there? Oh-and the utilities are 3x what 1 person living in a house are. An additional $200 a month for water when most people pay that every 2-3 months. Just not a fan like i thought i would be this time around. No one has vacuumed our building in weeks and the water has been in and out of service for weeks now.yay.

I enjoy it here. We were able to get a new stove in 3 days because of an issue with a previous one and as soon as we put the request in for maintenance, Eric was there in 5 minutes. I have gone to the pool almost every day that it has been open since I am pregnant in this heat and the community is very nice and welcoming since we just moved in this month. It is quiet and nice to enjoy yourself on your patio. I do enjoy it here. There is an issue with fruit flies but that is anywhere you go right now with this heat. The staff is understanding about it as well.

Love it here. All of the staff is fantastic. Maintenance is awesome and on top of things. They even have done preventative maintenance to get ahead of potential future problems. Love how the staff puts in effort to make it feel like a community instead of just a place you live. Seems like they are working hard to continually improve the quality of life for the residents.

Cute neighborhood. Quiet neighbors. Maintenance comes and fixes things to the best of their ability. A little janky. But pretty cheap in comparison to other complexes so not too much expected. Pool is nice but the hours suck.

My apartment was clean and well maintained. The office staff is very friendly and customer focused. The complex is very quiet and plenty of parking.

Friendly staff in the leasing office, maintenance and lifeguards at the pool! I like that there is someone weekly who comes and cleans the stairwells and hallways entering each building.

The maintenance crew definitely now is working quickly on requests. I have no issues with the office staff. Parking sucks more then ever. Alot of people that don't live in the complex is taking alot of spaces in front of your specific apartment building.

a little old even though the unit is newly renovated. I have had some problems with maintenance completing issues in a timely manner, but overall I like living here.

Not bad, could be better, all in all a decent place to live, close to nice stores in the area, some not so nice, definitely make sure they are giving you an apartment that's in good condition

Overall a good experience. Had a rock thrown through my window earlier this year that took 3 weeks to get fixed and they clearly just paint over the bathroom sink and bathtub instead of replacing them but otherwise no major complaints.
