Property Ratings at Quail Creek Apartments and Duplexes
The pictures online are nothing like the actual units. Especially the duplex. The pictures they have online are of an updated duplex. The one we were rented is not updated and has old cabinets and fixtures. We were told “as people moved out the duplexes were being renovated”. Which was not true. We are now in a year long lease, and management ( which is new ) now says the renovations will be done as needed. Very dishonest so think twice before renting at this complex.
