Cortland Estates at TPC

Cortland Estates on Bulverde Rd is a very comfortable, safe, and well-kept community in which to reside. You can’t beat it for the price and all staff members, both office and maintenance, are professional and friendly.

I love living here. There’s so much greenery and open space. Beautiful property!

Was reading through reviews and the current staff definitely lives up to the great reputation. The office staff answered all of my questions and were super patient with me (this is my first apartment) and the maintenance staff helped out with the small work orders I had put in. They were there the same day I put them in! Very thankful for the great customer service this place has to offer.

Great community with amazing amenities which includes renovated Clubhouse and brand new gym equipment. Also includes a dog park For your furry friends.

This is a great community to leave , employees are great and eager to help you, nice neighbors and awesome amenity’s.

I love where the apartments are located. Central to everything and in a safe, high end neighborhood. Apartments are super spacious compared to a lot of the newer ones and have attached garages.

Cortland Estates has a great maintenance never give a problem The supervisor 'Joe' is one of the best maintenance team leader Hes really knowledgeable in what he does he,very respectful and patient He and his team carries the most respectful attitude they're not disrespectful They listen to the residents when they see you they wave at you They really make you feel welcome here they have been Over looked and under paid for the amount of work they put in I believe every owner if you notice you have good dependable hard working employees You're want to appreciate them don't over look the and run them off Those are the ones will have your back no matter what happens The way this world is now days its hard to find good maintenance guys

I’ve been living at Cortland Estates at TPC for about ten months now, and I sincerely can’t see myself in any other home any time soon. The service is ALWAYS beyond excellent, between the office management and maintenance team. Lauren has helped me nearly every step of the way, any time I’ve needed it, and has been a star in her role. It’s clear that she’s only out to help renters like myself find a place they can call home for the long run. A true professional is a severe understatement, and it shows in her passion for work. The apartment itself is STELLAR in quality! I adore the real wood floors, garden tub, granite counters, and a very spacious garage. I will likely stay even when my lease is up, and I’ll continue to talk about my fantastic experience with others that may be looking for a better property than their current. Surely, if you make the visit here it will be the last stop in your search.

My apartment is incredible! I have lived here for a year and love it! I have real hardwood floors in my home! I also have an attached garage! The amenities are top notch! The gym here is incredible. If you are looking for an apartment, definitely check this one out!!!!!!!!!

They offer many nice perks for residents. The homes are very nice in size. The maintenance team are a nice group of men. When you do make requests for repair they send their team in a timely manner the only issue is it may take several requests for things to be replaced or repaired properly office staff appear nice just make sure you’re able to see your unit before signing the lease our unit looks nothing like the model unit they made us see and did not let us see the actual unit after we requested to a few times prior to moving in

I can’t say enough how much I love my apartment. It doesn’t feel like an apartment! It feels like a spacious house with a ton of upgrades! I even have a two car attached garage. The office girls have the best customer service and are so welcoming! The maintenance guys are so quick and knowledgeable. If you like cycling they even have an amazing spin room amenity!

I love living here! My neighbors are nice and quiet, the management staff is extremely helpful with anything you need. It’s a safe community and, as a single women, have always felt at home here.

The views are amazing here, sunsets and sunrises and fireworks on holidays. The park with the half mile walking trail also has beautiful scenery especially when the wildflowers bloom. I also enjoyed the use of a fully equipped gym and large pool. My apartment had an amazing jacuzzi tub to relax in after working out at the gym. It really is a wonderful place to live!

These are the first apartments I came by that felt like “home”. Their finishes make it feel more like a home than an apartment. Very pleased.

The location, staff, both office and maintenance, are excellent, the atmosphere, mainly safety, has proven very high, and the building quality remains high. Very worth considering if renting in this location.
