Purcellville Pointe Apartments

Great wish maintenance could help out a little more. Been requesting service for a few months now and still not have gotten the things done we need.

We changed management again and new owners of the community hopefully the rents won't go up again because it's getting hard to make ends meet

So far so good everybody's been very responsive to any type of need most of the residents say the same thing. Most people seem genuinely happy to be here and people are grateful to have a nice place to live

Great living here! I've been here since 2018! Although rent has been going up on every contract renewal, we really like it here, the schools around here are safe and very educational

We never got our maintenance done So many maintenance issues and couldn’t get them done ,no pools no gym no party room, they are not offered any service just try to get more rent.

I've lived here as a single dad for more than 13 years. I've seen management come and go. I've seen the apartments and community change for the better. It's a safe place to live. It's a kind community. It backs up to the W&OD trail. Quiet apartment community.

So far so good! Besides the traffic in and out the building, which is something I’ll have to get used to, everyone seems friendly

Great place to live! It's quiet and everyone I've interacted with has been very friendly! The office staff is very nice! The upgrades and improvements are continuing and I'm greatful to call this place home!

I’ve lived at the community for about 3 years and have seen it come a long way. I love the new playground and grill area. I plan to host a few family events! I love it here. Keep it up!

Excellent location. Friendly management. Periodical maintenance can see improvement. Recent external beautification projects and upkeep is commendable.

We moved in May, 2023. Almost daily there is construction work that starts at 8/9am, and will go well into the afternoon. I work night shift so this is highly inconvenient to my lifestyle. I also have an infant that is often woken up due to the constant noise. If it’s not construction, they will mow & blow leaves for 5 hours straight. It took 3 months for us to be given a dishwasher, it was just a hole in our cabinets. It took 5 months to get a microwave. Any time I have tried to do my laundry here, the doors are locked, so even when they aren’t locked, I don’t use it in fear or getting my clothes locked away. There is often random children on my front porch, I have had a few kids stand outside my door & just stare inside, watching my tv until I closed the blinds. I have cats that enjoy sitting at the screen door, & one of my upstairs neighbors allows their dog to come up to my screen and bark at my animals & into my home. This is a pretty subpar situation.

I have been here for 21 years still here! The new Maintenance manager is a really nice guy. They are doing a lot of work around here and the place is looking better every day!

Things seem to be getting done as they were promised. Maintenance issues seem to be corrected quickly, I haven't had to make any calls to management lately. It seems to be a peaceful life here. The community is looking better everything is okay.

We had awful moving experience, but now we like the area and get used to area and neighbors . We have good neighbors , apartments managing was not professional but I hope the new management be better.

Nice and quiet area but property management lacks communication on updates such as not having a washer and dryer like promised upon move in and four months later still do not have one.

My experience has been great! This is such a cute community, and the staff was very helpful. I would recommend ReNew Purcellville to anyone looking for an apartment in town!

Overall it has been good. Only issue is we’ve been waiting just over 2 months for a dishwasher, microwave, and the right side of our sink leaks. Asides from those things we’ve had no issues and management has been kind.

The staff is very professional and friendly. They went above and beyond to help me get an apartment! Everyone in the community has been very courteous and respectful of eachother. It's quiet and I'm glad that I chose this community.

The rents have increased. Just like everywhere else. The management company is usually very responsive. The maintenance seems to be getting done and they're giving the community a facelift.

Been here Going on 21 years. Seen a lot of improvements since the new owners took over. The rent increase was tough but considering the way things are it could have been worse. The staff are great and very helpful.

Even though I am emotionally attached to this apartment sonce it was the one I lived in with my family back in 2008, before I got married, its nice but expensive! I live in it with my husband of almost 3 years and my 4 year old baby girl. We barely scrape by every month. The apartment itself could be better but I cant complaint, its a roof over our heads right?! Thanks!

I love the people we live around. The apartment is a great size and has lots of storage. Close to the bike path that allows easy walking distance to many businesses, restaurants, shops that make me love calling this place my home!

Main st commons, is an affordable, The kitchen, color scheme, and bathrooms are a bit outdated. Granite countertops and modern fixtures would be nice. The lightening in the kitchen and extra closet are a bit harsh. There is also very little light in the bathroom. The floor plan is, however, fantastic. The bedroom is spacious and has plenty of electric outlets. There is a ton of closet space in the one bedrooms, including an outside storage unit. The bathroom is far away from the living room and nearly sound proof. Overall, a great place to start as your first apartment, especially with the affordability.
