Great place, friendly and polite staff and residents. Great location and pet friendly.

The community is OK. There are a lot of things that could be done better internally and externally (cleanliness of trash areas, and amenities (refrigerators shouldn't be standing in the car wash area), tree trimming through all walkways, etc.).

I moved to Providence Trail in March 2022. The apartment is very nice peaceful and comfortable. The community is very clear, secure and peaceful. Recreation areas and community are kept very neat. Love it here.

Good community to live in. It is an older one that could use a bit of additional upkeep by maintenance and grounds personnel to keep it presentable and functional (paint touchup before new resident move-in, trimming trees and bushes/hedges, upkeep of amenities, etc.). The office staff is friendly and helpful. Seems to be a safe place to live.

I think Century Providence ran a tighter ship. Things have gone downhill some since the property was acquired by Bell Partners. Maintenance responsiveness has declined sharply, and the grounds are not kept as nice as they used to be. Some buildings are missing shudders, the asphalt is cracked, external paint needs to be touched up, security gates are always open, etc. Semi trucks park in the lots on nights and weekends. Despite all this Bell Partners continues to raise rents. I am not saying the place is terrible. The staff are friendly and helpful. We still feel safe in our home. I trust if we have a maintenance emergency that they will respond promptly to it. Its just that 5 years ago the complex was great, and now it is just good... and significantly more expensive.

The staff and administration of Providence Trail Apartments homes are outstanding! All staff is accommodating and helpful. Especially Corrine and Milani go above and beyond to assist the residents!

The attention to detail in this apartment was below standard for an "updated" and upcharged apartment. The cleaning could have been better on the floors and cabinetry. The 'upgraded' cabinetry is a laminate, which was bubbling off 4 of the doors. Very unsightly. The dishwasher never worked from the onset and had to be ordered and has yet to come in after a month now. Not that they can control neighbors... but what a bummer living below a heard of thundering something. OH and no open flame of any sort is allowed, so I had put away my bbq and mini propane table. That would have been a nice thing to point out. Other than that, the walls are in good shape, the location is fantastic, grounds are kept well, the pool is nice and the bbq's are decent but they need a good cleaning.

Overall really nice apt and community has been great thus far!

this property raises the rate every year regardless of any reasons and it has big issues that are not responded to in a timely fashion

We have lived here for 5 years. We love where the property is located. This is a beautiful place to live.

Over all experience with the office personnel as well as with the maintenance team of Providence Trail has been excellent.

Friendly staff that is very knowledgeable. Walking trails and shopping just minutes away. Great floor plans, beautiful clubhouse. A safe atmosphere plenty of lights. Great maintenance department. Pet friendly with the doggie park. All around good experience living here.

I have read past reviews on the maintenance team at Providence that was not very pleasing. I will admit when I firtmoved in over a year ago they were less than average. However the team they have now are great. Very informative, efficient, kind and communicative about everything regarding your issues.

Mold in apartment from first day. Staff does not reply to emails or calls. Maintenance wont come to your apartment for months. Gates hardly work. I've never given a 1 star rating on something till I moved out of providence.

Quiet community, amazing maintenance staff, parking is a little crowded but not too terrible. Been here over two years and we overall have enjoyed living here.

This community is very conveniently located but the facilities maintenance is very poor.

When I was looking for a place to call home Providence Trail was my first choice after touring many complexes. They only had a handicapped unit available at the time and was told I could move when another non handicapped unit became available. Well shortly after moving in I had a bad fall and was hospitalized. This apartment was perfect for me because other medical issues have popped up in recent years. Close to 3 of my children and very happy here.

Staff has been friendly, but maintenence request take too long to be addressed or looked at. New resident, but pool has been closed.. something my children were looking forward to. I do enjoy the community here, and overall seems like a clean place so far.

this place has been the worst choice I have ever made, the facilities always dirty, the maintenance lousy, all the old pipes all the electronics damaged, the worst choice they can make

Providence Trail has been a great place to be so far. Nice floor plans, TDS fiber for internet, plenty of closet space and environmentally friendly.

This is a very comfortable, convenient, and nice place to live, with good amenities. The staff is as friendly and generally responsive as I could hope for. I feel the value is good for the price, and I would recommend it to friends and acquaintances.

This is the best apartment community Ive ever lived in. Its very clean, the staff is nice, the units are spacious and affordable! Love everything about Providence Trail!

Having lived here for 6 years I love being part of this community. Hopefully with the pandemic almost behind us we can enjoy events at the clubhouse. The fact that our gates are now working properly gives me a sense of security. At the age of 81 and living alone, I feel very safe here thanks to our wonderful staff.

This place is awful! I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone! Staff is inattentive and ignores calls and emails. Units are not cleaned upon move in. Appliances are outdated and instead of replacing them, theyre swapped out with other old ones or they tell you to keep getting them serviced. I hope they get new management that makes a complete 180 of this community.

Its not just home, its truly a community that makes you feel welcome and proud to be able to be a part of the wonderful community here. Im truly enjoying being somewhere that I am truly made feel appreciated and where I am proud to call home, home.

I love living here at Providence Trail. The apartment we have is spacious, and the amenities are wonderful. The grounds are beautifully kept and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Any issues I have are usually resolved quickly and efficiently.

Having lived here 5 years I'm very satisfied with my home. I am 80 years old and live alone. The property is well kept and after 5 years the gates are working giving me a better sense of security. Grounds are beautiful, but wish people would utilize the trash pickup at their door. Garbage is often thrown around the dumpsters haphazardly causing odors and flies on my patio. Perhaps a notice to remind tenants. Looking forward to many more years here in beautiful Mount Juliet TN

It is a good place , green and clean. Shops are near by , you can walk to.

Lived here for 5 years and things have vastly improved since Providence Trails took over. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained and the pools are a lot cleaner than before.

We are new to the area and Providence Trail has been great helping us adjust. Weve had a few problems but they are always there to help.

Gates are always open...the pool hours are unsatisfactory....The Lawn looks Horrible

Pros: Great location in Mount Juliet, the apartment layout is perfect and spacious. Cons: Awful customer service, ongoing maintenace requests since before my move in 4 months ago, lack of clarity, lack of communication. I have had more appliance issues than I can count, which leads me to believe that this complex is cheap. I have had 2 leaking shower heads since before my move in and as a result, I have massive grime buildup and I have had concerns over potential mold infestations. I have to constantly call in for answers and updates. I very rarely get a call from a rep giving me an update.

This apartment is not safe. The gates are never working. There isnt security like promise. There is no cameras to protect us from any crime that may have happened. Way overpriced. I wouldnt recommend.

Community is lovely however a response from the main office has been unsatisfactory.

Submitted maintenace request 3 weeks ago for broken appliance - still waiting.

Office and maintenance personnel are always polite, professional, and responsive. I've been living here for 11 years, so I think it's obvious that I am quite satisfied.

The area is walkable to multiple stores, restaurants and trails. Animal friendly. Beautiful and spacious apartment. Well maintained pretty grounds.

ITs a great comunity. everyone minds themselfs and and the appartments stay clean and look like high end appartments for a lower price.

We had mold problems almost the whole time we were living there. Management is very unprofessional. Highly don’t recommend.

The Providence staff have been very helpful for my move in. They were diligent in answering my questions and were very welcoming when I arrived.

I enjoy living at Providence Trail especially for the convenience of where my shop is at in Lebanon to where our jobs are in Nashville. The management team is helpful, but I believe the rent is too much for the living space.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the apartment was very well done. The only issues were outside cleanliness. There are spiderwebs and dirt all over the outside of everyones doors. It would also be nice to have overhead lights and ceiling fans.
