Absolutely it is a great experience. We spending our productive time at the Gym which is very near to my apartment. We always willing to go for a walk around the community as it is a very secure area.
Providence Pointe keeps the property maintained very well. They are very prompt to make repairs. The location is good, easy access to highways.
This is one of the best communities I’ve ever been it got best gym and pool and it got beautiful neighbors I would love being here and I’ll suggest my friends too. The maintenance and the stuff are friendly
i like my live here, is quiet and clean and very safety. The maintenance team and management always respond very quickly. I also like the landscape we have around us.
Other than the noise levels of the refrigerator and the heat/cooling systems my first week has been good. Residents have been friendly. Maintenance staff responded quickly to our only request on move in day.
Quiet and growing neighborhood, very hospitable . Lived here for a couple years with minimal issues, will always recommend living here. Staff are kind and maintenance request are always completed within the same day I request them

I love living here. Maintenance is pretty responsive and it is usually pretty quiet. Property management schedules fun things like food trucks and game nights for the residents.

We have Been here for six years now and love everything from the location to staff!! We are in close proximity to grocery and shopping which is also a huge plus.
Living here has been smooth sailing. The amenities are exactly what I need. Maintenance is always prompt and friendly. And there surrounding community is very friendly.
Living at providence pointe has been a great experience. One of the main things that attracted me to these apartments is the safe neighborhood.
Great place to call home with an attentive maintenance team, friendly and responsive office team, and a well-kept property. Plenty of neighborhoods around to walk and close enough to everything in the metro without the traffic that comes with it.
So far so good. Everything is moderately quiet. The school district is phenomenal. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. The hallways are clean and do not smell.
Maintenance is always on top of things and the front desk is always helpful. The only thing I’m taking a star off for is the parking lots when it gets icy, it takes a while for them to get salted along with walk paths.
i have absolutely loved it here, no complaints from us. lovely environment, kind neighbors. etc. the offices have been very kind and receptive, and i love that a lot.

The experience with providence pointe has been nothing but amazing. We had an issue with our neighbor but the management team made sure that it was resolved.
This place is amazing the staff is very nice and maintenence team works fast. I have no issues with this community everything is nice and clean and a beautiful place to live
As always, my husband and I appreciate living here. The garage at the end of the building is a huge blessing especially with the extreme cold we have had this February. Another thing I truly appreciate is the communication between the leasing office/management through emails. It has kept us aware and on our toes to make sure we run a trickle of water to keep the pipes from freezing. This location is close to shopping for groceries and household supplies. I cannot say enough about how much we truly enjoy living here.
We like this place. It is in a great location, close to shopping, lakes, and the gym on campus, which is excellent. The staff and maintenance team is top-notch.
Still a great place to live. People are very nice, buildings are very clean. No dog messes ( kudos to you) . I've rented for awhile and many places, this complex is one one I wouldn't move from purposefully.

I’ve been here during the hardest years of my life. It has been a comforting place to be. I like my apartment very much. I appreciate the helpfulness of the office staff and the maintenance crew. One thing I would improve is the maintenance/cleanliness of places like garages and trash bin areas. In my building at least, they could use some attention.
I relocated here from Washington state and so far extremely happy with my decision. I chose Providence Point thru Rent.com and love it here. I live near the dog park and enjoy seeing all the different doggies. It's extremely quite here and I feel very secure. Also lots of walking trails near by that I want to get out on soon!
Love living here! It’s very quiet and peaceful. If I ever have any issues, questions or concerns, everyone in the office is very kind and help me immediately. I would recommend anyone to live here and I actually have in the past!
I’m so glad the apartment has an elevator. Maintenance people are quick to fix things and are super nice! The one thing I don’t like is that when you sign a lease or resign a lease that you are forced to opt in a credit reporting with fees until you opt afterwards.
I like the spaces, the maintenance staff and the administration of Providence are very efficient, They always attend to the requirements promptly

Love living here! Perfect location. Friendly neighborhood and clean units. We have been here so long and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. The pool is great in the summertime and the gym is convenient and full of equipment. Staff is amazing!
I’ve lived here eleven years. Because there’s no crime and it’s clean. And, quiet. Management is nice, and maintenance is prompt and efficient.
My husband and I are now in our 3rd year living at Providence Pointe. What is important to us is the closed-in attached garage bay for our vehicle as well as the building and grounds maintenance. If we have an issue inside our apartment, we can request maintenance and get a response in a timely manner. Something as simple as changing a light bulb in the ceiling is an issue for us, and the maintenance team is quick to respond with their ladder. I cannot say enough good about living at Providence Pointe.
Living at providence pointe has been a great experience. As a young women living alone I feel very safe in the neighborhood. I have had no issues with my apartment since moving in two years ago!
I have loved my time here! Management and maintenance are friendly and very helpful. Being pet friendly is an added bonus. Would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment.
The appliances are outdated, especially the washer and dryer which, in my opinion, are of very poor quality. Parking seems to always be an issue past 7:30pm. People don’t clean up after their dogs. And technical issues with the package room and receiving packages/deliveries has been ongoing, inconvenient and frustrating.
The place is nice with quick response to the needs of the apartment or the building. But the rent is too high compared to other newer places with the same benefits.
Love where I live, the location is nice, and the residents I meet are always welcoming. I’ve lived here for 4 years and can say that it is a nice and quiet place to live
Location is great and feels safe. One of the best parts is the maintenance. All concerns have been addressed the moment we have shared one. Cannot say much we appreciate the staff here!
Your regular apartment/ only good thing is the 24/7 gym .Environment is clean and tidy always but the walls are thin to hear neighbors and pets.

Providence Pointe is a great place to live! The staff at the leasing office are kind and helpful. The maintenance staff is quick at responding to maintenance requests and leaves feedback sharing what they did to fix the issue. There are so many great amenities included in your rent! There are food trucks and other events to allow you to meet your neighbors and try new local foods!
I really love living here. The neighborhood is great and very close to stores for essentials without feeling like you have to go to busier areas. Maintenance staff are very nice. The apartment itself is the nicest one I have ever lived in.

Upon moving in, I was surprised by the condition of washer, dryer and dishwasher. Rusted and very outdated. Both Sydney and Bella have been extremely helpful and very attentive to any and all questions. Both are very personable and go above and beyond to help. Maintenance has been very prompt with move in issues.
This place is very clean. The people are very courteous. Apartments are spacious and bright. Can't say anything negative so far. Love it here
It’s a nice place and the location is great. The rent goes up every year for no reason. Would be ok if we got something that justified the increase but we don’t.
