We have lining here for about 4 yrs. Zero complaints. Maintanace is very responsive and professional. It's great to have access to the gym, lakes and shopping close by.
Gabby and Jen were great, very helpful! We’re grateful for the move in package. Love that there was an elevator to move stuff in and that the apartment is so spacious with open floor plan, closets and vaulted ceilings.
So far so good! The move in process with swift and straight forward. Parking has been easy and the community is exactly what we had hoped for.
Staff at the office have super helpful every time I have had a question. Maintenance has been quick and community has been super friendly so far upon in my move in process.
A great place to live! The apartments are spacious and cozy (love the fireplace) and the maintenance team is very responsive! The grounds are nicely kept as well.
I do very enjoy providence pointe. It’s my first apartment and I’m loving it so far. It has a very welcoming community and the amenities are very nice.
Been here nearly 7 years and absolutely love every bit of it. The location is perfect and centralized to all of the best shopping places. We love providence pointe.
Things get done when needed and people around the complex are extremely nice and willing to help. The grounds need a little more done, but, tenants need to help with the garage dropped also.

Location is great, easy access to highways and conveniently close to many stores. Maintenance is very prompt and reliable. Apartments are spacious and quiet.
Everyone and everything has been really good. Bringing in good trucks and different activities are planned to try and unite the community together. Just wish they had a designated recycling place to drop things off.
Overall I am happy with my experience at Providence Pointe there have just been a few annoyances with neighbors being loud and the smell of marijuana throughout the building every day.
Everyone is so helpful and the staff was very friendly when we took our tour and getting our keys. The apartments are clean and well maintained and the hallways are clean and well kept up with.
I have just moved here and have so far loved every minute of it! The amenities are great and I can’t wait to get to use the gym! I love the apartment and how spacious it is!

I really like living here, my neighbors are amazing everybody is involved with the community and it's a wonderful place to stay. I've lived here for almost 5 years and have enjoyed every year of it I would recommend it to anybody who would want to join the community.

For the most part everyone is nice or keeps to themselves but the people above us have kids and have insanely heavy feet. There’s times I’ve been woken up by this in the middle of a nap during the day. Overall the community has been very nice.
The management is quick to resolve any issues we have encountered. They are extremely friendly and welcoming. I have found everyone to be extremely helpful, and the property is beautiful.
Love the friendly environment and the gym, it’s a welcoming community. The dog park is a big bonus as well as the overall location to stores and entertainment.
I love the location of Providence Pointe in Johnston! Very quiet, but also very close to anything and everything you could possibly need!!!!
My husband and I moved here last October (2024) to be close to our sons and family. Although moving is difficult for many reasons, we are extremely thankful to have a lovely apartment, easy access to everything we need. The grounds are beautiful, trees and shrubs and it’s so quiet and peaceful. Of course being close to family is the best part, but the staff is very friendly and helpful and we have quickly made friends with other residents.
Absolutely it is a great experience. We spending our productive time at the Gym which is very near to my apartment. We always willing to go for a walk around the community as it is a very secure area.
Providence Pointe keeps the property maintained very well. They are very prompt to make repairs. The location is good, easy access to highways.
This is one of the best communities I’ve ever been it got best gym and pool and it got beautiful neighbors I would love being here and I’ll suggest my friends too. The maintenance and the stuff are friendly
i like my live here, is quiet and clean and very safety. The maintenance team and management always respond very quickly. I also like the landscape we have around us.
Other than the noise levels of the refrigerator and the heat/cooling systems my first week has been good. Residents have been friendly. Maintenance staff responded quickly to our only request on move in day.
Quiet and growing neighborhood, very hospitable . Lived here for a couple years with minimal issues, will always recommend living here. Staff are kind and maintenance request are always completed within the same day I request them

We have Been here for six years now and love everything from the location to staff!! We are in close proximity to grocery and shopping which is also a huge plus.
Living here has been smooth sailing. The amenities are exactly what I need. Maintenance is always prompt and friendly. And there surrounding community is very friendly.
Living at providence pointe has been a great experience. One of the main things that attracted me to these apartments is the safe neighborhood.
Great place to call home with an attentive maintenance team, friendly and responsive office team, and a well-kept property. Plenty of neighborhoods around to walk and close enough to everything in the metro without the traffic that comes with it.
So far so good. Everything is moderately quiet. The school district is phenomenal. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. The hallways are clean and do not smell.
Maintenance is always on top of things and the front desk is always helpful. The only thing I’m taking a star off for is the parking lots when it gets icy, it takes a while for them to get salted along with walk paths.

The experience with providence pointe has been nothing but amazing. We had an issue with our neighbor but the management team made sure that it was resolved.

As always, my husband and I appreciate living here. The garage at the end of the building is a huge blessing especially with the extreme cold we have had this February. Another thing I truly appreciate is the communication between the leasing office/management through emails. It has kept us aware and on our toes to make sure we run a trickle of water to keep the pipes from freezing. This location is close to shopping for groceries and household supplies. I cannot say enough about how much we truly enjoy living here.
We like this place. It is in a great location, close to shopping, lakes, and the gym on campus, which is excellent. The staff and maintenance team is top-notch.
Still a great place to live. People are very nice, buildings are very clean. No dog messes ( kudos to you) . I've rented for awhile and many places, this complex is one one I wouldn't move from purposefully.

I’ve been here during the hardest years of my life. It has been a comforting place to be. I like my apartment very much. I appreciate the helpfulness of the office staff and the maintenance crew. One thing I would improve is the maintenance/cleanliness of places like garages and trash bin areas. In my building at least, they could use some attention.
I relocated here from Washington state and so far extremely happy with my decision. I chose Providence Point thru Rent.com and love it here. I live near the dog park and enjoy seeing all the different doggies. It's extremely quite here and I feel very secure. Also lots of walking trails near by that I want to get out on soon!
Love living here! It’s very quiet and peaceful. If I ever have any issues, questions or concerns, everyone in the office is very kind and help me immediately. I would recommend anyone to live here and I actually have in the past!
I’m so glad the apartment has an elevator. Maintenance people are quick to fix things and are super nice! The one thing I don’t like is that when you sign a lease or resign a lease that you are forced to opt in a credit reporting with fees until you opt afterwards.
I like the spaces, the maintenance staff and the administration of Providence are very efficient, They always attend to the requirements promptly
