Providence Place Apartments is located in beautiful Cache Valley with scenic mountain views, both in the front and back of the property. Across the street is Leonhardt Park with a fun splash pad and covered pavilion. You can also enjoy the day on our secluded back patio. We are a fully accessible security access apartment complex for people with disabilities. We have two-bedroom units with the first-floor units having a roll in shower and the second floor has bath-shower combo. We also have washers and dryers in each apartment, plus central air, paid utilities, an elevator and handrails throughout the building. Resident amenities also include a community room with kitchen and fireplace and a library. We allow service animals and certain pets. Providence Place is a non-smoking facility; however, we provide an outside smoking area that is 25 feet away from the building. There is also plenty of parking and a public transportation bus stop is in the front of the building.
