Quiet community that cost too much. Once a clean, safe and pleasant environment but recent changes and incidents reflect providing tenants this type of environment is not a priority. The only consistent effort is lawncare which doesn't enhance the living experience (surprised tenants aren't charged for that service).

I've been living here at Providence Park apartments for almost a year now,and I really like it here! The staff is great; they're helpful and respectful.I feel the only thing that's needed is for them to hurry up with the treadmills in the gym, and maybe consider getting a park for people who have small children to play in!

I’ve been living at Providence Park since 2023, and it’s been such a wonderful experience. I’m especially looking forward to the warmer weather so I can enjoy the pool, it’s by far my favorite amenity! Provident Park is a fantastic place to call home the staff is incredibly friendly and responsive to any maintenance needs the grounds always always well kept and the location is perfect for easy access to interstate to shops and public transportation my apartment is spacious an well -lit and the community here feel safe and quiet l would highly recommend living here me and my son one year turn into 7 years for me management and staff was Allways helpful l have seen it all

I just actually moved in a couple of weeks ago but so far so good is very clean peaceful is quiet as I don't know what I'm loving it as time goes on I'll be able to add more to my reviews but for now this is a beautiful place and the people here are very very nice

I love the new place I call home! Providence Park Apartments are well kept, quiet, and the overall experience has been amazing. The office staff are always willing to assist. The online and resident portal are a major plus for submitting work orders if necessary. Also, it’s easy to pay rent from the app or portal. The amenities are a nice as well.

the apartments are overprice and they try to do the least amount of work possible multiple times i have gone to the office just for them to close without notification, maintenance request are a waste of time as maintenance men show up, do nothing, then mark the job as completed

Everyone here is very nice. Everyone is friendly from the staff to the neighbors. Having valet trash is a nice little perk along with the business center. Any issues that arise ie. maintenance requests are handled promptly. There is a resident portal that’s also very helpful! The grounds are clean and neighborhood is quiet!

Management won’t communicate with you at all. I was never told when maintenance would be entering my apartment. They never answer the phone and they never check their emails. If you want a gated community this is not the place the gate only work the 1st three months I lived here and they still haven’t fixed it. When I confronted them they claimed they called people out but they never sent out an email with updates about getting it fixed.
I would recommend this apartment because the grounds are always clean and maintenance is very prompt with fixing any issues in the apartment in a timely manner

I originally gave this place great reviews, however, management changed, new people were brought in and everything went downhill. Derek doesn't have any customer service training. Jamie, the property manager, hides behind him and isn't any better. They do not respond to emails, requests, phone calls. Beware when moving out as they make up damage reports and charge you for things that occur with normal wear and tear. Record any conversations you have with them as they end up going against anything they told you in person. We tried to follow up with them multiple times through email/phone messages and never received a response. We have perfect rental history, never had any problems, and actually really enjoyed living here until management changed. Rather than try to get to know their residents as the last management team did, they treat you like a number. I'm glad I moved out when I did.
The parking lot is full of loud music all night. And the staff.....least helpful human beings I have ever spoken too. I regret ever moving here. Don't lease here.
This apartment is perfect and its a large apartment space. its minutes from work and other apartments. The staff incredibly helpful.
