The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Providence Hill Apartments
great place to live fresh out of my parents house. Being young and living on your own is a scary and stressful time for all involved but doc rentals made everything pretty easy. I love the Apartment and although the parking area is jam packed and a little too small you can't complain given the level of quietness in this 'neighborhood'
The leasing office staffs are nice. I was here in an apartment hunting trip for a weekend. When I decided to sign the apartment, they helped me to finished all procedure in couple hours so that I can move in immediately. Which is really good for a person who is moving from other place. Besides, all utilities are included. This is good also.
The rent is ok because it includes utilities and cable. The townhouse has a fair sized kitchen. It includes a washer and dryer. The management have responded promptly to any issues with the unit. The grounds aren't great but my unit has a view of a wooded area that is very peaceful.
