Providence court has been so amazing to myself and my family. We moved here in Feb 2024 and just renews for another year. The complex is beautiful and very safe. My daughter is 9 and absolutely loves it here. But for me the main reason why this place is so awesome is the office staff. I could go on for days about their professionalism and their level of compassion and care that they ALL have. From the moment I came in to tour to now they have been so helpful and amazing. They genuinely care and want to help you. Thank you for all you do! Also shout out to the maintence team. They are awesome and very efficient. I love living here and thank you again!

I was extremely happy that hector and Akile worked on my toilet and replaced with Brand new seat in less than 24 hrs. Service order requested and completed in less than 9 hrs. Th Mx team are very quick to get things done and get them done the right way and professionally at Providence court.

Every time I fill out a maintenance request form, the team comes in a timely manner and is very efficient in fixing my issues. I even had to call the emergency after hours line when my A/C died and Hector was very communicative and again very efficient.

I visited Providence Court today and had the pleasure of touring the property with Karla. She was very pleasant and familiar withe the property so she was amazing at answering all of my questions. The property itself was beautiful & huge! But she still made sure we visited all the properties amenities. Overall it was a great experience!

The community is a safe and friendly space for residents, the apartment units have ample space and modern renovation, we can have fun and connection with nature and a great space for pets. It is very peaceful and great full size appliances. Maintenance team is fast, and efficient. The office team are very nice, and work together as a team. Love living here and renewed my lease as long as I could. The pool and area and grills are very clean and nice. Try us you will love living here,I sure do and a gated community as well.

I rented here. My lease was 11 months I stayed 9 months cause I bought and moved to my new home. They would not let me break the lease, so I paid 2 months without staying. They bill you for water you didnt use. They kept deposit by falsely accusing me of damages. I have pics as proof they are lying. They lied to the NCDOJ. Plus my water bill was the same even for the last two months I was not there. It appears they charge you for water based on what they think you might have used and probably for repairs done in your bldg piping. I am proceeding with legal services.

Don't rent here. I left the apartment the same way or even better then when I received it, and now they are keeping the deposit stating there is a stain underneath the carpet, without any stains on the carpet. If the carpet shows no stains, why would even go underneath the carpet, unless they already knew there was a stain and want me to pay for their mistake. They never even mentioned anything on the preliminary inspection. The final inspection was done without us.

They will charge you an extra month rent if you don't give 60 day notice and then they will not let you turn in your keys so they can charge you even more. Unwilliling to work with you. They are making a killing forcing people to pay rent after their lease is up. BEWARE!!!!!!

Maintenance is quick to resolve issues and the office staff helpful and responsive. The only part that I feel needs real improvement is the valet trash. I was excited about this service at first. However, it is unwelcoming to have trash cans and spillage at your front door 24/7. Other than that the grounds are nicely maintained.

I needed help to order a spare key went to the office an associate help me place the order in my phone and the spare key was done for me in 2 hours and ready to go. Very happy with the service that I have received the maintenance crew are always on point with request.
Providence Court Is a great place to live. The community is quiet and friendly. Management is helpful and friendly. I would recommend Providence Court as a great place to live.

The community seems to be a quite place surrounded by nature. Very close to a one of the best public schools in Charlotte. So far, we are enjoying our stay, even though there are some minor issues they should correct. The package delivery room is very useful, but it should be increased in size.
