So far our experience has been super nice. The amenities are great and fun. The only complaint I have is the parking. It’s really hard to find parking close to our apartment on most days.

Living here has been an amazing experience. The staff is friendly, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the entire property is always clean and well-kept. My apartment is modern, quiet, and comfortable, with great features. The amenities—especially the pool and dog park—are a huge bonus and always in great condition. The location is super convenient, close to everything I need but still peaceful. The amenities the apartments have to offer are very nice. A small park for small children. A nice relaxing pool with shallow areas for small children.

It’s a great place to live. The biggest draw back is that no units have a balcony. The pool has been down on a couple of occasions & once for many days in a row-not good especially in July in Texas. The service is always great-very prompt & they get the repair done next day. The office folks are very friendly & helpful also.

I recently lived at Thunder Rock Apartments, and overall, my experience was fairly positive, with a few areas for improvement. Located in a convenient part of town, Thunder Rock offers quick access to public transportation, shopping centers, and local dining options. The neighborhood is relatively quiet and felt safe, even at night. The apartment unit itself was clean and well-maintained. I appreciated the spacious layout, especially the large living room and ample closet space. The kitchen came equipped with modern appliances, and the in-unit washer and dryer were a major plus. Natural light filled the space during the day, giving the apartment a bright and welcoming feel. Management was generally responsive to maintenance requests, although a few non-urgent issues took longer than expected to resolve. One downside was the noise insulation — sounds from neighbors and the hallway were sometimes noticeable, especially during weekends.

Everything is very nice. Appliances are super new and clean. People are very welcoming. The pool is a bit dirty and could use some help chemical wise.

We had a bit of a delay due to a shipping issue, but our amazing groundskeeper Eman did a fantastic job keeping it maintained in the meantime.
We have really enjoyed living here so far!! The amenities and new apartments are so nice. We had a minor hiccup with a maintenance issue when we first moved in but everyone was so helpful!!

I’ve really enjoyed living in this apartment. The building is well-maintained, and the management is responsive and helpful. My unit is spacious with great natural light and modern finishes. Noise levels are generally low, and neighbors are friendly. Parking and amenities like the gym are a big plus. Overall, it’s a comfortable and hassle-free place to live. Would definitely recommend!

had quite a bit of maintenance issues (as expected in brand new apartments) but the team has always been on top of any and all issues and the community is absolutely beautiful ! bunch of new families coming in and i can definitely see prose thunderrock being one of those neighborhoods you want your kids to grow up in !

We love the dog park and all of the amenities here. The staff is very friendly and the complex is very safe. They are very prompt with all issues and kind and helpful when emergencies happen.

First of all the staff has been top shelf. Daisy is the one who helped me when I toured and she was absolutely great. Even in the midst of a ton of move-ins, she was able to accommodate my requested date of moving in which only added to her work load. I have only been in the unit for one night, but it already feels like home. Very clean, new appliances are great, and I didn't hear any noises from any neighbors. The only bad thing was at about midnight the smoke detector in the bedroom started beeping because of a low battery. I didn't have any with me so a trip to the convenience store (only places open at midnight) and $34 later I had 3 new batteries and no more beeping. Everything about my experience so far dwarfs the smoke alarm thing, but thought you should know. I'm very happy with my choice and look forward to coming home. Thank you!
