It’s a great place to live. The biggest draw back is that no units have a balcony. The pool has been down on a couple of occasions & once for many days in a row-not good especially in July in Texas. The service is always great-very prompt & they get the repair done next day. The office folks are very friendly & helpful also.
My wife and myself have lived at Prose Thunder Rock going on 4 months. We are enjoying life here. Everyone in the office and maintenance crew are so friendly and nice.
Living at Prose Thunder Rock has been a great experience! The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and feels like home. The amenities are top-notch — I love spending time at the resort-style pool, and the playground is perfect for my boys!

I recently lived at Thunder Rock Apartments, and overall, my experience was fairly positive, with a few areas for improvement. Located in a convenient part of town, Thunder Rock offers quick access to public transportation, shopping centers, and local dining options. The neighborhood is relatively quiet and felt safe, even at night. The apartment unit itself was clean and well-maintained. I appreciated the spacious layout, especially the large living room and ample closet space. The kitchen came equipped with modern appliances, and the in-unit washer and dryer were a major plus. Natural light filled the space during the day, giving the apartment a bright and welcoming feel. Management was generally responsive to maintenance requests, although a few non-urgent issues took longer than expected to resolve. One downside was the noise insulation — sounds from neighbors and the hallway were sometimes noticeable, especially during weekends.

We have really enjoyed living here so far!! The amenities and new apartments are so nice. We had a minor hiccup with a maintenance issue when we first moved in but everyone was so helpful!!

I’ve really enjoyed living in this apartment. The building is well-maintained, and the management is responsive and helpful. My unit is spacious with great natural light and modern finishes. Noise levels are generally low, and neighbors are friendly. Parking and amenities like the gym are a big plus. Overall, it’s a comfortable and hassle-free place to live. Would definitely recommend!

had quite a bit of maintenance issues (as expected in brand new apartments) but the team has always been on top of any and all issues and the community is absolutely beautiful ! bunch of new families coming in and i can definitely see prose thunderrock being one of those neighborhoods you want your kids to grow up in !

First of all the staff has been top shelf. Daisy is the one who helped me when I toured and she was absolutely great. Even in the midst of a ton of move-ins, she was able to accommodate my requested date of moving in which only added to her work load. I have only been in the unit for one night, but it already feels like home. Very clean, new appliances are great, and I didn't hear any noises from any neighbors. The only bad thing was at about midnight the smoke detector in the bedroom started beeping because of a low battery. I didn't have any with me so a trip to the convenience store (only places open at midnight) and $34 later I had 3 new batteries and no more beeping. Everything about my experience so far dwarfs the smoke alarm thing, but thought you should know. I'm very happy with my choice and look forward to coming home. Thank you!

Best place in Marble Falls for renters. The staff is amazing, always looking for ways to improve our living experience and taking a proactive approach to any issues we may have. The property itself is well maintained and the amenities are great, especially the pool.

The leasing team in the office have done a fantastic job at remaining professional, courteous, and attentive despite whatever bumps have come up. It is not an easy job being in property management, so there is much appreciation in this. I honestly believe this sets Prose apart from many rental experiences out there.

Excellent experience. From the service in the lobby to the online support. As for the facilities, they have a very good, fully equipped gym, a always-clean pool, and the convenient carport to protect your car.

I have loved living at PTR so far! The community is really nice and the apartments are beautiful. I love the pool, dog park and gym! The leasing staff are so friendly and helpful, and when I had a maintenance request it was addressed the same day. This has been one of my favorite places that I’ve lived.

At this point, I have only visited the property and interacted with the staff. The lovely location allows easy access to the quaint downtown area of Marble Falls. The staff are efficient and very helpful. I toured the facility and thought everything from the workout area, mail/package retrieval, and pool was perfect. I checked out different unit configurations and selected an ideal view. I love the no-smoking policy and look forward to moving in in a couple of months. Overall, Prose Thunder Rock is well done!

Wonderful community with new amenities in a great location. Staff are super helpful and very knowledgeable of the nearby area. Complex is clean and brand new, in a great new growing part of Marble Falls.

Leasing office was very friendly and officient when it came to getting us in our apartment the fastest easiest way. They were very caring and actually took their time with you. The apartment is gorgeous too maintained very well.

Very friendly staff! Sulia helped me with finding a unit for myself with ease. I haven’t moved in yet but I am excited to be a part of this new community.

It is a very safe complex with a wonderful community! There are many events for everyone and a dog park for our furry friends! The maintenance response is very promt.
