It’s been overall a nice place to live my first place since moving to Austin 2 years ago and I’m still satisfied. Nothing is perfect but I do feel safe, maintenance and management are generally on point. Pricing is fair especially in these times I’d recommend as I do feel safe as a woman also.

Prose Manor has an easy access to the Main Street, along with different entrances and exits. Their location is clean and updated with the latest appliances. The staff have been very helpful in answering questions and getting situations under control. The only thing I wish Prose Manor had are patio's.

So far it hasn’t been a bad experience I’ve lived here 4 months now maintenance responds quickly. The pool has had issues due to tenant mistreatment not sure how they can fix that but they are responsive anytime I’ve reached out. I don’t regret it being my first place living in Austin area.

I love my apartment. It is clean, upscale and spacious for a one bedroom. I love all the outdoor lighting that helps me feel safe when I come in at nighttime.

From start to move in Prose Manor has been a great experience. Office staff is friendly and answered all my questions. The community is quiet and convenient to 290.
It's was so easy. It took me a day and a half to get my apartment. It's very spacious for me and my family. And having Walmart right next door is time saving. 10/10 would recommend.
This is the only community that I have lived in within the last 15 years that has the entire trifecta. (Beautiful/clean buildings, friendly staff, and great communication).
While moving halfway across the country without ever seeing this complex in person, Prose staff were very helpful on getting me settled and ready to go before I even came. Very efficient and friendly staff. Once I got here, I fell in love with my apartment right away. Brand new, beautiful design/colors, no pests...feels like I'm living at a luxury resort! The apartment itself looks EXACTLY like the demo pictures online which I very much appreciated since I hadn't seen it in person yet. Hanging out at the pool is so fun/relaxing. The people who live here are very friendly and are very quiet but always say hi/talk in passing. Lot's of dogs too, but most owners I've seen are very respectful and dog's aren't loud. Again, very happy and pleased with the management, leasing office staff, complex in general, maintenance staff, and my apartment. Highly recommend Prose!
The layout is spacious! The kitchen has the amenities for someone who enjoys cooking. The island provides space to cook while still engaging with my company, work, or what’s on TV. The bathroom and closet is spacious and located perfectly!!!! I love it here!
These apartments are fantastic! very clean community with several amenities nearby, there are two walking trails, a pool, playground, fishing pond near by and a Walmart right across the street. The staff is very friendly and there are a lot of families in the community making it a great place to raise small children. The staff is excellent at keeping residents informed about everything
