I’m delighted that things are definitely getting better. Management is more attentive and responsive; leasing staff has been more available and friendly; Janitorial services have put more attention on keeping the hallways fresh and clean; Maintenance is stellar!; and as soon as the parking and mailroom audits have been completed it should make for a more pleasant and convenient living experience here at The Prose, Kent.
Apartment design is very modern and clean. Noise levels are little to none. I adore the fact that there are community events every month. Best part of my day is seeing all the doggies go in and out of the building and cats sitting on the window. However I do have an issue with the limited parking situation. There isnt any designated space for guests to park and even i have trouble finding street parking for my second car. I fear if i leave i wont be able to find a spot again. An parking audit must happen soon but there isn't any guarantee on the timing of when it will happen. The gym is very sleek and clean but its small enough that if there is another person you’ll likely end up having to wait for them to finish using a certain piece of equipment since quantity is limited.
Great experience, love the monthly events and great staff With a great view on the fourth floor and higher would recommend too many. Lobby looks amazing love getting coffee there, and interacting with the staff when a problem occurs the staff staff takes care of it very quickly, which makes it a great living Community.

Overall, my experience living here has been good, but there are a few things worth mentioning. When I first moved in, there were some issues in my apartment that needed fixing. Thankfully, maintenance was pretty quick to respond and got most of them taken care of, which I appreciated. The apartment itself is a good size for the price, and the layout works well for me. The neighborhood feels safe. The only real downside has been the guest parking situation. I pay for my own parking spot, so that’s not an issue, but there’s very limited street parking nearby. It usually ends up being taken by residents who don’t want to pay for a space, which makes it difficult when you have visitors

Amenities are good and well maintained. The staff is super warm and friendly. I haven’t had any apartment issues so far as it’s a brand new building. The events they organize are great, and any building maintenance is promptly communicated so we have enough time to plan our work meetings accordingly.

Everyone is so welcoming. If I’ve had any questions the property staff is always easy to reach. I feel very safe in this community. Everything is easy to access and in great condition. The W/D in the apartment, the elevators, and the AC are the biggest pros of Prose.

I recently started living at this property and I’m genuinely impressed by everything it has to offer. The apartments are absolutely beautiful with spacious layouts, great natural lighting, modern finishes, and so many thoughtful amenities (like the package/mail room, 24/7 gym space) and in-unit features. All units have Samsung stainless steel appliances and there's air conditioning in every home which is absolutely amazing for our warming PNW summers! The leasing staff was aLeo incredible throughout the entire process. Kaylee and Dante made my tour informative and welcoming. I have also had the pleasure to work with Samantha and the manager, Natalie, who both have gone above and beyond to help during my move. I’m so excited to call this place home! :)

My wife and I love living in these apartments! It’s constantly clean and very well maintained everyday! Although we do have neighbors above us that have a dog and it constantly barks even waking us up at night sometimes. We also have a car that parks by our window that has a very loud exhaust and scares us sometimes when he leaves earlier for work. But the location of apartments is great, really close to freeway and safe, and clean apartment complex.

It's good except failed no-smoking policy. Smell of Marijuana can find its way to our apartment and make us cough. Strong smell of marijuana fills the hall way too. Hope the management can effectively enforce the no-smoking policy and make the complex a real no-smoking living space for its residents

This is a brand-new property. It has had its ups and downs, but for the most part, it is a great place to live for young professionals. I enjoy having a secured entrance, a secured package room, a coffee bar, a workout room, and a co-working space. The only areas that I would improve would be property upkeep in less public areas such as the floor hallways and stairwells need to be vacuumed more often and need touch up paint.

I love the location and the employees they are very helpful. Community is safe and security guard is always on watch. I really like the monthly things they do for the community like the hot chocolate in December, the movie night snacks in October these are so much fun and really love it.

The apartment is great, staff is amazing. However, the walls are thin and my upstairs neighbors are TERRIBLE, they are so loud and scream and stomp all hours of the night. The way the water bill is charged is pretty stupid to be honest, I feel like I’m paying for other people’s water that use way more than I do. It would be so much better if it was just charged by how much I use and not my neighbors, which is how I thought it was. I do enjoy living here overall, there are things that can be improved though.

I love the fact that , the apartment is away from the downtown Kent. This apartment is so beautiful , the only downside about this area is that , you can only go right legally.,Other than it’s a little peaceful .

I have had very few issues with the apartment itself. Specifically, there was a recurring leak in my bathroom ceiling from a leaking pipe. Maintenance dealt with it swiftly and kept me updated through the whole process. Apartment staff are kind and want everyone to enjoy living here.

Prose Kent is a great place to live. We moved across the country from Florida so a big change. We initially toured with Samantha while out here looking at apartments and came back to look again with Nicole after looking at a lot of apartments in the area. Samantha and Nicole were amazing during the whole process and were super friendly and communicative. We have lived here now for a few weeks and are very happy with our new apartment. Everything in the apartments themselves are very high quality and the appliances are great. The building is well maintained and is always being cleaned which is awesome. All three of the girls in the leasing office, Samantha, Nicole and Kaylee are very friendly and always say hi. They do an amazing job making this place feel like a real community rather than just an apartment building. They are always working on fun little events for the residents and making it a great place to live.

So far our move here has been great. I’m a little concerned about safety/security in and around the building with the recent incidents that have taken place. I thought there was a security guard on duty, I saw one the first week we moved in but haven’t seen one since. Overall, I love the building, the amenities and Kayle and Samantha are awesome! Always a friendly hello when I enter the building and they’re at the desk.

This is one of the best apartment complex's I have ever rented from, very new build, best appliances I have seen in an apartment, friendly Property Managers, and there is AC installed which is hard to find in the Washington area

Prose Kent has been amazing for my family as we have moved here from Portland. The lease process was so easy. The staff truly made my family feel loved and taken care of. The site is in a good location, at the end of a cul-de-sac. No riff raft. It's 5 minutes from grocery stores and the same distance to Kent station that has everything. Freeway access is very close as well. You won't be disappointed with living here.

My husband and I have only been here for about a week, but so far we have fallen in love with the place. The amenities, the rooms are huge, the building is clean and very Elegant. The ladies at the front are super helpful. Kayle was our Leasing Agent we absolutely loved working with her. Given that the Apartment is new, all the Appliances are new and that’s even better. We’re loving our new home.
