I love living at pro's Gainesville the location lots of grein and my apartment is very nice. There are several residents coming from an older apartment complex nearby so the word is already spreading.

Prose is beautiful and clean community with amenities that make you feel like you’re on vacation. Clean and well-maintained gym, pool and clubhouse. Nice landscaping and good lighting in residential areas. Very happy here! You may publish without my identity please.

The process for applying and moving in was so simple thanks to Ally! She made sure to keep me updated on everything during my move and even after. I’m new to renting on my own and Ally assured me and made me feel confident in my decision to choose Prose as my home. I have been here almost a month and love everything about this place already. The access to the clubhouse for 24hours is one of my favorite amenities. Everyone has been so nice including the residents! Definitely an upgrade from where I used to rent at. I just can’t say enough good things about Prose! Did I mention they are BRAND NEW?!?! Definitely come and check them out and make it your next home :)
