I love living here! The management team is the very best. They go above and beyond to make sure their residents are always happy! Jill and team always have fun activities planned for us. I live with my son and he lives in the pool over the summer. Great outdoor area with large screen to watch games and grill. Great amenities and thankful to call this place home !!!
I’ve been here since May 2019 and all I got to say is this place is seriously special. Amenities are great, living space is luxurious, and the staff that run the place are top notch. Jill, Kelsey, and Deanne go above and beyond to make all the promontory residents feel at home. Look no where else if you’re needing a place to stay in Overland Park. -Ruben
We moved into one of the Townhomes (Kilimanjaro floor plan) in June and absolutely love it! The kitchen is extremely spacious with a ton of cabinet space and the layout of the apartment is beautiful. With 2 levels you get more space than the average apartment, including 2 balconies, and get to enjoy the luxury of all of the great amenities Promontory has to offer. We couldn't have chose a better place to live, there is a lot of entertainment spaces but a peaceful atmosphere. Would highly recommend Promontory Apartments!

I visited several luxury apartment complexes in Overland Park prior to moving to the Promontory and no other apartment compared. The promontory is affordable, aesthetically pleasing, and truly luxurious. The staff are super responsive and the units are clean (brand new) and spacious. The amenities are breathtaking. I have no complaints. I’d give it 10 out of 10 stars coming from a tenant whose lived here for 4 months!!
My wife and I downsized from a 4 bedroom home to a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath apartment at Promontory about 5 weeks ago. Apartments have 10' ceilings, 8' entrance doors, both of which make it seem huge. We love it! It has every amenity you could want....workout and yoga rooms, outdoor heated pool, rooftop social area, ground level social areas, 19 foot outdoor HD television screen, high end Weber gas grills, coffee machine with free coffee 24/7, game areas, TVs throughout the common areas. Reception receives packages for you. Multilevel parking garage. Staff is friendly and attentive to needs. Since we signed a lease in July, Promontory has hosted at least one resident event a month, most with beer, wine, and food. This complex is luxury all the way! Our grandkids say it's like living in a resort!
Definitely a highlight of Overland Park, luxury living at an affordable price. Besides the great staff, that always makes you feel welcome, there are other great amenities such as the pool, rooftop, and gym. 10/10 would recommend.
So everyday I come home from work I feel like I’ve entered a resort. I love my balcony that faces the courtyard pool of which the infinity pool’s flowing water sounds like ocean waves (and it is heated through the winter). I also have no excuse not to exercise with the 24/7 workout area. Our manager, Jill, as well as our leasing agents, are so awesome and helpful and are always planning a fun event, such as pre-game football cookouts (watching the game on the big screen in the courtyard) or bringing in fun people to host BBQ demos. Our Sunset views from the Rooftop Terrace have impressed many a friend when hosting parties in their rooftop Lounge. We love our new home!! Pet friendly and fun neighbors too!!

I looked all over the area and this is one of the nicest places in Overland Park. High ceilings, stainless steel appliances, marble counter tops, over sized doors. Great value for the cost. The pool is top notch and so is the gym and all the other amenities. The staff is what makes this place special, it is truly concierge level service and they bend over backwards for the residents. Liquor store underneath and one of the best happy hours in town across the parking lot. This is one of Overland Park's newest treasures!
I wanted to publicly give a shout out to the entire staff at the Promontory. As a busy business owner I appreciate the under promise and over deliver of there words and action. Coming from a home to an apartment living I was expecting something different. I almost chose another luxury community but there attitudes seemed unbecoming. So I chose here and I feel like I am at a 5 star Hotel. Thank you again to everyone.
