Lorraine greeted me when I went into the office. She was so friendly and outgoing. She answered all of my questions and made me smile a lot. I'm going to apply. In addition to the super staff the renovations they are working on or have completed sound great. The apartments I looked at were remodeled and beautiful. Thanks Lorraine and Sonny!
They are very bad !! Roaches number 1 then plumbing issues this month I was 4 day without water , they want to charge for everything, this month also they charge me for 2 chairs in my balcony
This place is a health violation waiting to happen. Went to move into my “new” apartment after they pushed my move in date back to fix things all to show up on move in day and have warped counters, it smelt disgusting, it wasn’t even clean, sinks were leaking. Dogs running around with no leashes. SAVE YOUR MONEY! This place is a nightmare!!

The physical apartment/community and property management services are all especially great. We love our centralized, spacious and comfy apartment. We also truly appreciate the efficiency and kindness of the office and the maintenance team members ( Kaitlyn, Tawanna, Alex and Oscar) who all respond to our needs with great professionalism and in a timely fashion .

Overall great place to live so far we have no complaints other than a few very loud neighbors. Other than that its been peaceful and katilyn has been the best help with things. So sweet and eager to make things easy.
I can not recommend this place. Noise complaints, maintenance issues that seemingly can not be fixed, the residents who do not respect privacy, and the cost do not match. Will do my best to finish out this lease and move out unless I am able to do so before then. If you do not have kids or everyone in your house can deal with noise in the middle of the night and you do not mind what I have listed above, fork over a little extra a month and move in.

The promenade is a great community to rise, your children, the children play well together with no concerns. The promenade is a nice community and Promenade address big and little issues quickly.
My move in process was a breeze thanks to Alex the leasing consultant he was professional and attentive he resolved any doubts I had about moving and he made it a hassle-free move in my apartment was ready clean and smelling wonderful for when I moved in there was even a thank for choosing us as your home card left for us he has always resolved any issue or maintenance request quickly

Moving here was simple, quick and easy. The staff are friendly, very helpful and accommodating. Maintenance issues were taken care of very quickly and efficiently. The maintenance staff are very respectful and friendly. The neighbors are super friendly and welcoming. Could be kept a little tidier and there is some police activity, but thats to be expected. So far its been quiet and people mind their business

I had a concern about the children's playground about a year ago. I took this concern to the office (Kaitlyn Wilson) and brought it to her attention. The wasps nest under the stairs on playground and by a set of our community mailboxes were address quickly and taken care of. Thank you Kaitlyn for living our little ones as much as we do.
I am writing this because when i first moved in I was unhappy with a couple of things and my review was not the nicest or most accurate review. From working I property management i know that a bad review is usually not the most accurate. So here goes..... Location, people, is everything. You could not ask for a better spot. It's affordable...neighbors leave you alone.... I have only had one time when noise was an issue and that was a holiday. No big deal. Maintenance is really very nice and they do whatever they can to fix the issue. Its actually a nice property as far as trees and a little duck pond sort of spot. And it's close to everything not to mention the space you have in your apartment. All in all I would recommend because the office staff knows how to handle the residents and stay in control of their property. That is not easy.
Moved to Ocala in a hurry because of work needs and searched tons of apts this one seemed to fit our needs at the time. It was a mess and did not find out about any problems until the new management came in. Our apartment has tons of bugs including bed bugs which we requested for weeks before completely moving in to infumigate. It has taken almost a year to rid of them. When the new owners took over we thought it would change, it did a bit. Pizza deals once a month. More pet owners who do not pick up after themselves and older pet owner who can't train their animals properly. The pool has always been closed half the summer it seems and the amenities that they originally provided they took away and only offer M-F. What about the people who have jobs? The laundry area you must pay to wash and dry. The trash area is horrendous and they started this new system with a trash pickup service which does no good and a waste of money. Staffing could be more professional. The office administrator Tawanna is always rude when you speak to her and is never available unless she is out of her office which is not often. Kaitlyn is sweet but could answer the phone more she is always outside smoking and runs her mouth a bit too much. They use the nosy neighbors to do their jobs. Had someone walk up and asked if I had passes for the pool (the one time I went). Office nevers sends out any notices of any pool closing or amenties being closed or any maintenance work being done for the week.Maintenance never seems to get it together and always bangs on the doors like there is a fire. Was even told it was our fault something was damaged, told them thats when we moved in and it was on the original lease. Rent went up $50 to 100 and not seeing too much improvement. The neighborhood has ton of kids but now no one plays outside because the new rule of adult supervise is needed. I get the pool area but not the play ground areas/basketball court. Its really unfair for those paying for these amenities and not be able to utilize.
These apartments are 1,2,3 and 4 bedroom units. The units have a reasonable amount of space. They are very affordable, especially in today's economy. It is kid friendly, but I wouldn't recommend for senior citizens at all. The environment isn't very peaceful though. Overall I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
This apartment is great! Our neighbors are great and we live in a quiet section. Great place to live!
