Downtown Champaign is one and a half miles from the University of Illinois main quad at Green and Wright Streets. This renovated Loft apartment is in a 100+ year old building. Exposed brick walls, tall ceilings with ceiling fans, hardwood floors make the space beautiful and comfortable. The apartment is fully furnished with free WIFI and TV. The kitchen includes microwave, gas stove and oven, full refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher. Washer and dryer in suite. Private entrance is secured with a coded lock. Each apartment has a digital keypad on the apartment door and each entry code is unique to each guest stay. The apartment is complete and private. My apartments are in the very center of a very busy downtown urban environment with lots of restaurants, bars, breweries, and outdoor café patio spaces. There is sometimes city noise, music, and entertainment at many venues nearby. Summer weekends are frequently very busy in the evenings and there are festivals throughout the summer months. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place.
