The Biltmore Studio and Biltmore Loft (Condos) are routinely available every May 1 unless Tenant decides to remain. Call Bernie directly at 828 230-0755 with any questions. The Biltmore Studio and the Biltmore Loft - separate residences - are located in a beautifully restored downtown historic building in the heart of downtown Asheville. The Loft and Studio are FURNISHED (TV with Netflix and local tv pkg. included). We had over 200+ 5-Star Reviews when we used these pretty spaces as downtown Asheville vacation rentals with VRBO. On-site surface parking for only $100/mo. behind the building. The Biltmore Studio is: on the ground floor with a small patio; FURNISHED (with water and TV with Netflix and local tv pkg. included); new bed with gel memory foam mattress, access to 200 mb internet; HDTV with DVR; bar stools; queen sized bed; sofa bed; small dresser, W/D, all appliances. The Biltmore Loft is: on the top floor (2nd floor); accessed from private 1st floor street level gated entrance; completely furnished like a high-end vacation rental would be with Fiesta dishware; Kitchen Aid Mixer; Cuisinart coffee pot; access to 200 mb internet; HDTV with DVR; queen sized bed with gel foam mattress; sofa bed with latex mattress; W/D, all appliances - bring your own towels and bed linens. Welcome to our modernized Biltmore apartments smack-dab in the heartbeat of downtown Asheville. Some of the best restaurants, galleries, music venues, theaters, and shops are just steps away from your door. Seat yourself next door in the umbrage of the maple trees in the cozy patio of the Double D’s Coffee & Dessert BUS. The world-class 500-seat Diana Wortham Theater is at the top of the block; the awesome fire pitted patio of the Wicked Weed Restaurant & Brewery is just down the street along with 18 restaurants with 1 1/2 blocks. Historic Pack Square Park starts at the top of the block. A 400+ Biltmore Avenue Parking Garage (City garage) is right across the side street behind and under the a-Loft Hotel; Mast General Store is 1/2 block up the street; French Broad Chocolates is at the top of the street by Pack Square Park; the Fine Arts Theater is across the street; the nationally regarded music venue, the Orange Peel, is 1 block; and the organic French Broad Co-op grocery is 1 block yonder. The Security Deposit for the Loft and the Studio is equivalent to 2 months rental each.
