The kitchen is fully stocked with a gas stove/oven, fridge, and portable dishwasher. All cookware is provided, and specialty cookware is available upon request. There are two queen bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, overhead lighting, luggage stands, closets with hanging dressers and hangers, and blackout curtains. One bedroom has a Smart TV set-up. The house is fully stocked with bedding, towels, and basic cleaning supplies. Central air is provided. A washer and dryer are located in the basement, accessible by stairs. Guests have a dedicated parking spot in the back of the house. Street parking is free during the day, and overnight parking is allowed if you call Cleveland Heights City Hall. Walk to the Lee Road neighborhood to sample a variety of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. This home is minutes from Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, and Severance Hall. Recharge and relax on the front porch. Step inside to find a sprawling living and dining room with hardwood floors. The living room is set up with high-speed Wi-Fi and a Roku TV, comfortably seating 3 to 4 people. The dining room seats 6 people. For guests who book a stay between 30 and 59 days, there will be a built-in $300 monthly utility cap on water, sewer, trash, electric, and gas. If you surpass that cap by more than $25, you will need to reimburse for the overage using a credit card on file. Guests who book a stay of 60 days or more are subject to reimburse directly for utility usage except for Wi-Fi and the security system. This is an older house located in a wooded area of Cleveland Heights, so it's common to see deer, chipmunks, squirrels, and small mice around the neighborhood. In the rare event that you happen to see a mouse inside the house, please alert the host right away. Laundry facilities are located in the basement and are shared with second-floor guests. Unless there is more than 3 to 4 inches of snow accumulated in one day, snow removal is not provided. Snow shovels are provided for tenants to use in case of snow during your stay. Lawn maintenance is taken care of during the spring, summer, and fall. Pets are welcome, and the cleaning fee is negotiable and based on the number of occupants, length of stay, and number of pets.
