The apartment features generous proportions throughout and abundant natural light. The primary bedroom is a serene retreat with a king bed, large windows, and direct access to the balcony, offering sweeping views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline. Additional bedrooms are thoughtfully designed for comfort and flexibility, ideal for family members or guests. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with solid wood cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances, perfect for cooking at home. A spacious dining area and comfortable living room create a natural gathering space, anchored by floor-to-ceiling windows and direct access to the large private bayview balcony. Enjoy access to elevated amenities including a hot tub, pool, sauna, in-unit washer/dryer, streaming TV, and 400 Mbps Wi-Fi. On-site dining, luggage storage, and parking are available for a fee. Valet service is the sole parking option if you are staying for less than 21 days. If you are staying 21 days or more, residential parking is available for $200 for one parking spot for the entire duration of your stay. Parking requests must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check-in. For reservations less than 21 days, opt to pay the building directly with a daily valet fee of $48. Located in Edgewater, this bayfront setting offers a residential atmosphere while remaining well connected to Miami’s key destinations and major venues, making it a practical base for exploring the city, attending large events, or simply relaxing and enjoying your stay. Standard check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 11 AM. If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from the apartment after your departure, you will be charged $100 per missing item. The building is currently undergoing renovations that includes the main lobby, pool, and pool deck and other areas. Construction may cause moderate noise during daytime hours Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. The main lobby and front motor lobby are currently closed, though temporary pathways have been created for access. Residential elevators no longer stop at the main lobby, and service elevators must be used to reach the ground level. The residential swimming pool is temporarily closed for necessary repairs and renovations.
