Property Ratings at Professional Building
I have been interested in these lofts for months, called and called finally I just applied just to get denied when they could have taken 5 minutes to call me and speak directly with me. Now I wasted my 40 applying for nothing. So unfair and I worked in housing before and place clients in this building! Never again will I call or think of applying. A total waste of money and time.!
I love my apartment but I hate the building and who I live with. Building is always dirty, there was a stabbing here, there was a girl that beat up his gf outside as well. Homeless people always come in and sleep in stairwells and gym. My appliances and things in my apartment keep breaking. Always smells never clean. Management is horrible! Always say they are going to fix it but never do!
I can't believe I have all this on Section 8. (This is all new to me.) My Loft is BEAUTIFUL!!! It's quiet, spacioius, and I could NOT be happier!!! The ladies in the office, Ashlie and Daisy are amazing! Professional, yet friendly!!! I go down there, and just talk and laugh like we've been friends for years!! And, Ive only been here 2 months! Im not going anywhere and I hope they dont either!!! This move has been very stressful for me, but these ladies smiles are infectious and have started my day off right several times since Ive been here! Thank you, ladies!!!
I can’t possibly list all the things that have been bad about this place. A quick summary, the management and maintenance have no respect for my privacy, the building has been filthy, both elevators down often, disrespectful neighbors, drugs, high staff turnover, and they generally just never want to be responsible for mistakes or neglect. What a disappointment.
Do not rent here! This place has gone progressively downhill for about a year now. Currently, there is dog poop in the stairwells (even though it's supposedly a dog free building), blood on the floor in the lobby that management was notified about, trash in the gym is overflowing, and the entire building is filthy. The elevators are constantly breaking down and they just mopped the individual floors for the 1st time since before the beginning of the year (it's almost April) Also, little pieces of the facade have been falling off the building and into the parking lot. Complaining to management is useless, as they just say "we're making changes" and "we're in the process of hiring new people". This has been the excuse for months, yet things continue to get worse. Move here at your own risk!

Used to be a great place to live. Now, the building is dirty and smells, maintenance is terrible, management is completely incompetent and the elevators are always broken. We can't wait until our lease is up.
Would Definitely Not Recommend , These lofts are TRASH!!
I've lived in this apartment for the past 5 years. I've gotten to know the office and maintenance staff, and they are fantastic. I really appreciate how quickly they handle my requests. The only downside is there are a lot of younger people who live in the building who have no respect for the building and/or its tenants. Sometimes it is very annoying, but the staff does a great job of making sure they don't last long in the building.
