Pay attention to the 1 star reviews because they are all 100% true. I’ve been here since the apartments were first built about 2/3 years ago. There’s been several shootings outside my window. In March 2022 my car was broken into. In December 2022 my car was broken into AND stolen. So I had to get a whole new car. What does the office say? “ oh sorry, we don’t have security or security cameras to watch the property, but there’s an on site officer”. I’ve never seen an on-site officer. You don’t have cameras to look at who comes in and out after having multiple crime related reports, but you WILL in fact install cameras at the trash can to “catch people irresponsibly disposing trash” and at the pool to see “who is bringing glass into the area”. Maintenance is a joke. Yep, staff has been changed a million times. What’s most annoying about that is that every time there’s a new buy out- there’s a new resident system. I’ve NEVER seen any property make it so painful to pay them ??. I feel sorry for the people who want to raise children in this neighborhood because it’s not safe. Then, you have to pay about $35 / month for trash. The poor trash company has such a bad turnover rate, half the time the trash isn’t going to get picked up. You have amenities- but you can’t use them. Computers/printers always have issues in the business center. The pool is a joke. Other than that, the geographic location is great and the apartments are kinda nice. You can obviously tell they were thrown together but.

In the beginning of living at Pringle Square at the beginning of 2022, I loved it. It was quiet and the staff working were very nice, informative, organized, and fast to reply to anything I needed. Lots of community events that brought people together. Felt safe and accommodating. We were always up to date about everything online, e-mail, or the app. Now that new management has taken over, it’s changed a lot. Now my experience here is just fair. I do wish I felt more safe living here. I wish there was more patrolling and more concern for our well being.

Pringle square is a great place to live, people and community seems friendly, warm, and welcoming.
An upcoming apartment complex with an active front office and maintenance Team. Grounds are Maintained weekly’s and neighbors are peaceful.
The apartments are generally lovely, spacious, and well made. I have been very comfortable for the past 8 months in my unit, and appreciate its location and proximity to work and all the places I might run errands. There have been a few issues with other residents causing flooding or noise complaints, but in general it is a quiet neighborhood. I am leery about the management change, because I really like all the amenities and would like to stay in this place for a while, but some parts of the complex are currently struggling (like trash collection). I think a more vigilant team and a way for residents to communicate with each other and come together as a community would make this an overall wonderful place to live.

The staff is very nice and these are new apartments that look good. The land scaping is good. Maintenance is quick to respond and does a good job.
I love the gyms. They have 2 and all the equipment a real gym has. I also like that they’re open 24/7.
The office staff is so helpful. Especially the maintenance man, Dave. He can fix anything in a jiffy! And he’s so professional. It’s really nice living here.
