Property Ratings at Princeton Terrace At West Windsor
I fell in love with this community when I came on a visit, however after reading reviews I got scared and almost rejected it, then I talked to one resident who was outside walking and he mentioned they never had any issues with pests as if you even see a tiny spider in garage the management sends pest control guys quickly. Every 6 months the apartments are sprayed from outside so there is so chance of pests coming in. You can also request to get insecticide sprayed indoors. If such measures are not taken then in any place in this world one will get pests. You simply have to make the phone call. I have been living here since 2 years now and had only one issue with AC making some sound, the superintendent came quickly and resolved it.

Thank you for taking the time to review Princeton Terrace at West Windsor! We're thrilled to learn that your living experience at our community has exceeded your expectations, as we seek to provide our residents with the very best in apartment living. Your compliments about our helpful staff are very much appreciated. We look forward to your continued happiness and comfort. Thanks again!
I believe it is the worst apartment community in NJ to move out. When I rent the apartment, it was Ok, Then everything change. The management office is unprofessional an they do not response your needs. You have to call again and again for maintainance service and they are very rude and arrogant.Totally it doesnt worth that amount. We want to move-out as soon as possible.
Horrible garbage disposal system. Bugs, flies and awful smell. Garbage is not being picked up completely. Thinking of moving out. More neigbors are planning to do the same. Nothing is being done despite multiple complaints to the managment.
We recently moved to the property and it is fully of infestation with silver fish and roaches. Management has sent across pest control team who visits the property, spend few minutes but the problem still persist. Not sure how they think they can resolve infestation within few minutes. The pest control team only visits twice a month and no efforts are made to send someone on an urgent basis despite bugs getting into beds and clothes. My 3 year old wakes up in the middle of the night screaming of bugs and she is terrified. The management company which deals with service requests are pretty horrible and the leasing office offers no assistance. The leasing office tells me that they only sell but and can't help in resolving the issue. You won't be provided with contact numbers of the property manager and have to rely on people calling you back. Think twice before you lease. I would have given a 0 rating if available. I hope that management understands the criticality of the bugs in my property and react atleast after seeing this review.
The apartments are pretty ok and near to Princeton Junction Train station. But be prepared for the below issues: i. Garbage disposal - Lot of garbage is thrown around at garbage disposal area. Its very nasty to go there. ii. A/C is very loud - even you cannot hear TV iii. Maintenance response is pretty low. iv. ** This is biggest headache ** Any postal delivery items left at your door steps will be lifted. I have complained to Princeton Terrace management but no assurance from them and advised me to do a police complain. They know that I will not reach to police for petty postal delivered Macy's order. I have stopped purchasing online due to this big mess. v. Management : They don't care. Keep in mind above before renting.
We recently moved in, no compliance about the apartment except really load noise from AC which we knew about! But the noise level from the inconsiderate neighbors is beyond and it goes well after 12 pm sometimes 1 am! My children keep waking up and we are not happy as its a nice breez outside but we can not open our windows! We have called customer service few times but nothing have been done!
Moved in about a month ago and I love it! Lots of space, great layout and brand new home! The home has a very spacious feel to it. I love having a garage, a driveway and a patio which is very enjoyable especially at the end of the day. The development is in close proximity to everything that you could possibly need. The mall is 5 mins away, as well as access to all the main arteries. You can hear the train if the windows are open and it's quiet but even at those times, the sound of the train isn't intrusive. The peacefulness is mainly interrupted by the sound of teenagers hanging out in the evening but again, this isn't a problem if you are inside and the windows are closed. It's a family development so children come with that. I haven't started utilizing the gym but I plan to start that maybe next week. Maintenance is also very good. The dryer switch wasn't turned on when we moved in so our clothes were not drying. A work order was placed and the guy came over to take of it. Very pleasant gentleman. We do not have neighbours as yet so it's nice to have this block for ourselves for now. I know that will change very soon. Moving trucks are a regular sight around here and not for families moving out.
